      It's completely dependent on subject…

If the subject is the price, then the price for these products was $5 so OP is correct.

If the subject is the chocolates, then yes, were is correct.

Given it's unclear, you can't state OP is incorrect though.

, you can't state OP is incorrect

        I already did.

    1. Didn't know these were a thing.
    2. $5 Really!
    3. Are they that bad that they are being reduced this heavily?
    • They have been around for months

      • Yeah just googled, looks like almost a year lol
        I don't get out much.

        • Also, they do taste pretty good.

          No-one does these days.

I don't think they sell any at $5, I typically see them for about $3.00-$3.50 and only pull the trigger when they drop to $2 a block.

The iced vovo is incredible, and the wagon wheel it's nice, but you might as well just buy a pack of small wagon wheels.

      • Cheers, yeah the vovos do sound good, and I get what you mean re the wagon wheel block. I wonder if they sell in their Coles express servo's as I normally shop at Aldi.

This was posted last week in Vic- https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/527667

    • Yep may have been a part of the last catalogue run, likely to end on a Wednesday. Not sure.

        hwat does aryan mean

        • Oh the deal was posted the previous week, but had expired for some reason. This is potentially end of line but doesn't state clearance 🤷‍♂️

  • Vovo is great. Others meh. Worth it at $3 or less

  • Why aren't these in woolies :(

    • Reject Shop have then as Arnott's are clearing these product lines.

Not in Woolies because the major supermarkets like doing exclusive deals to make it harder for competition. eg. Woolies have the Darrell Lea choc blocks so Coles can't get them.

  • These are pretty good IMO. And was told they were made in Aus from my email to company. Big fan of wagon wheel.

    Coles Nerang

Good ol' Nerang, fighting with Upper Coomera to be the Woodridge of the Gold Coast.

Stabrador would disagree with you 😉 perhaps a close second

    • Don't think it is at this stage yet

  • Why is this not linked to the deal rather than a screenshot?

    (profanity) yer I love chocolate

  • These were a mixed bag, I found. My favourite was probably the Jatz one - just that hint of saltiness to go with the chocolate, it was good. Scotch Finger was alright, but we already had chocolate Scotch Finger biscuits, so not really necessary (although it does shift the ratio of chocolate to biscuit towards the chocolate side, while the chocolate Scotch Finger biscuits clearly favour the biscuit side). Wagon Wheel I didn't like - it was just TOO sweet. Which is a shame, because I love Wagon Wheels.

Also $1.50 in my local coles. Been trying them one by one. Really enjoyed the dark choc with ginger nut recently.
