    Still waiting….

  • got my ultraboost 19 shoes for $75 delivered. took a bot of time but all good

  • I only have 1 parcel that hasn't moved from the 15th and 1 from the 21st with the dreaded 'parcel is coming' status.

  • Just got an email from auspost saying my order is coming today huh

    • +2

Looks like Auspost is now delivering on Sundays too to catchup on the backlog.

I hope the posties are compensated appropriately for the extra workload

  • Mine were delivered this morning

    • I received one today too. Couldn't believe it

  • Got two orders today.

  • got it - finally - 18 days from order to delivery - they're still saying allow 5 extra days for delivery when I log in to support :(

  • Purchased on the 9th, and tracking still just saying "Shipping information approved by Australia Post"

    • Same here, has been on that status since mid April..

  • I still have 2 pending from the 15th? I had another mailed after arrive and another late order which Adidas recently sent updated on its way.

The first 2 are stuck in tracking information received.

  • Lucky those who go there order. Still waiting on 2 orders. Not even picked yet.

    • The status you see on the order portal may not be right. Check with their chat team.

  • I think my package was in 2 weeks iso before they sent it out, I received mine today.

    Express post too, haha! :)

  • Received my 2nd order today. Ordered on the 9th 🙌

Still waiting on my first (larger) order also ordered on the 9th.

Got my order today. Although there was no damage to the box, the same couldn't be said about the shoes, which look as follows: https://imgur.com/a/GNZ8Mgi . This was ordered on the 10th, along with socks (which sadly, for a size M (US 7-8.5), are too small for these shoes.

Good idea to get into contact with support? Or any suggestions?

All in all though, despite the above I have no complaints. For its price, the deal was definitely worth it.

Edit: talked to Adidas staff. apparently it looks like it's "been worn", or may have been from the dirt on the plastic packaging for the socks.

Edit 2: decided to keep it and try wipe it off (got around half of it off). Max deal the rep would give me back was 50%, but I knew it would be possible to clean them. Really good price for UB20 if anything, and still has the "shoe smell" so it should be unworn and brand new.

    • +1

I checked mine after seeing your pic. Mine had a tiny mark not as much as yours but came off quickly. To be honest….the only way we will keep our shoes clean is by not wearing them haha

    • +1

If they can give you 50% cost back for those i would def be keeping them! thats an even better price for shoes that will have a scuff on them the second you leave the house.

    • Just to clarify, what do you mean by "[M]ax deal the rep would give me back was 50%"? Was the rep offering to refund you 50% of the amount you paid for the damaged shoes, or offering a 50% discount voucher for your next purchase? Also, through which platform did you reach the rep? I'm not too happy with the condition my shoes arrived in either so I'd like to know my best course of action. Thanks in advance.

      • +1

Basically 50% off my next purchase, as well as a full refund for the price I paid for the shoes, if I sent them back. The rep told me I was not allowed to do exchanges in the online store though. However, if I have to be honest it wasn't worth it due to shipping prices making e fork out another wad of cash and thus making the 50% not too worth it for me. As mentioned in one of my edits, I discovered that it was some dust from the packaging of the socks that I ordered as well, and I was able to remove the stain with relatively little effort applied.

As for where I contacted then, it was directly through the live chat section of the Adidas website. Somebody should be able to assist you there, so long as you notify them of any conditions you had on your purchase (in terms of codes applied, and the price of the shoe if you want to buy it again).

        Hope this helps :)

        • Thanks so much for the info! One of my shoes came with very noticeable glue marks and another is half a size too large, so I'm looking to replace both of them. Unfortunately I, like you, paid a massively discounted price for them through this deal and the only way I can even come close to that price if I re-order is by applying the maximum 50% off discount voucher. I've looked at other people's replies where they've negotiated with the reps with varying degrees of success (20%, 30% off) so I was wondering how willing your rep was to offer you the final 50% discount. Did you have to be firm with him/her?

          • @dogsryummy: I was able to show pictures like the one seen in my original comment, and the rep said that it looked like it had been worn.

You have to be firm in knowing what you ordered and at what discounts, and discover what your options were if you could or could not fix it. Also, if you're hoping to get a replacement, its better to let them know that you want to return it and buy the same product in the future and would hope to pay the same price as what you paid here, as the quality was faulty and lesser than you expected (which I am aware most would have intentions to). This should be able to assist you in sending back the items.

About the glue, mine had a similar problem on the boost section itself, but I was able to get it off after some very slow prying (no damage to the boost structure, thankfully). I don't recommend you do this, as those glue marks are seriously glued on tight, and a refund with the voucher code would be a better option in this instance.

  • +1

Just FYI. After I sent my damaged UB20s back I contacted customer service hoping they would send me a replacement. They don't send replacements. They just give a refund. Sucks because I can obviously no longer get sale price. They did send me a 20% voucher for the hassle, though.

    • And you get 15% voucher for sign up the newsletter…

      • mine's expired :(

    • Try talking to CS again. Personal experience: ordered some kids shoes but they were too big. Asked CS about replacement, unlike NB they said No, but after some talking gave me a 30% off voucher. Thankfully the kids shoes were now on Sale, so had to pay extra to reorder, but not too much more.

      • i was told the voucher they are giving out can only be used for Full priced item …
I am in the same situation with incorrect size and they wont replace it .. and only want to refund and want us to purchase it on a higher price.

  • Anyone found some cheap shoe protector spray to protect their new shoes?

  • Anyone still waiting for their orders? I got shipping notification last Thursday, but the tracking number they gave is still not trackable on the Aust Post website.

    • I had the same issue .. ordered my first order on the 9th , shipped out on 22nd and rocked up on my door on the 29th .. and since it was shipped the tracking number I received from adidas was not trackable .. so it will come by surprise.

      • Thanks. Hopefully it will turn up soon.

    • Still waiting on 1 order.

I enquired today via chat and they gave me a 30% discount code without prompting.

      • I enquired and was just told to wait few more days due to delay with aust post. No offer of a discount code.

        • This has been incredibly slow.

My order has been fulfilled and has a tracking number, but I've been in the 'your parcel is coming' status, rather than 'we have your parcel' (AusPost) since last Friday.

While I know that Australia Post have been run off their feet with their package delivery service, my interpretation of this is that Adidas hasn't even handed it on for delivery yet…

          • +2

@fookos: AusPost aren't scanning parcels as much as usual. My order was stuck on 'your parcel is coming' from last Tuesday, but suddenly yesterday was 'on board for delivery' and delivered without any other tracking events in between. I know others who experienced the same thing too, so it's likely AusPost actually do have your parcel already.

            • @chekside: Thanks - will see how things develop next week!

              • @fookos: You're right @chekside - suddenly went from 'coming' to 'your order is arriving today'. Shout out to Aussie Post for their hard work at the moment - delivering on weekends to try and get through the volume/demand.

              • @fookos: Duplicate post - apols.

  • Received an order of 2 UltraBoost via express post which I got the notification yesterday. Still waiting for the large with shirts, jacks, pants and shoes as status still shows 'Order confirmed, waiting to be packed' since the 9th. Contacted customer service a few times and was just told about the 50000 orders that came in that weekend and to expect delays.

  • Received one order yesterday and one order today! Keeping the size 12 UB20s (size 11.5 UB19s were slightly too small).

  • Got my last order today, purchased on 11th.

  • Followed up with adidas again and this time they gave me the correct tracking number which only shows that the shipment was approved on 24 April. Adidas keeps blaming aust post for the back log, but if aust post have picked up the parcel it should normally show on the tracking that it has been pick up. No idea who is really at fault. It could be adidas them self who have not passed the parcel to austpost or it could really be austpost who just pick up the parcels but slowly processing them and only scan them in system when hit destination or ready to be sent off.

    • +1

I had the exact same issue. Got the wrong tracking number initially. When I contacted their customer service I got another tracking number which was accepted on Aus Post website. I've had delays in other parcels as well which makes me think that Aus Post is having a lot of backlog parcels which they are trying to clear.

    • +1

I had the same issue, it's as if they swapped the emails between different orders…

I eventually got all my items though.

  • has anyone returned anything and had a refund yet?
Have send stuff back from an order they received 2 weeks ago, sent 3 weeks ago, still nothing back yet

    • I'm still waiting for my refund too. I'll contact customer service next week and am what's going on.

      • I've contacted them. They say just have to wait. Very annoying. I haven't had slower experience than this online. Even sent stuff to UK quicker refunded

        • I just contacted customer service regarding a return I sent on 28 April 2020. They confirmed that have received but "the warehouse has suffered a malware attack and it is causing delays."

Advised that I can expect a refund within 2-3 weeks.

          • @DooDah: Gees really. Really sucks we cannot call them still..not hard to divert phones to people
I got faulty item aswell as returns I'm still waiting on.

            • @taoz: I just got off the chat to them. They didn't say anything about malware to me. That sounds pretty iffy. My return arrived at Adidas on April 29th. The chat guy just gave me the usual line: "returning an item we have 14 business days processing period,. once refund approved it may take 1-2 business days to be posted to your account".

He said it should have happened today but is still processing and I should check back "at the end of the week" which is tomorrow. So I guess I'll contact them again tomorrow…

              • @wombat81: I'm in the same situation. My return arrived on the 1st May. Still waiting for a refund.
Not sure what the issue with Adidas is

                • +1

@ashdays: Very frustrating you can't call them to get anything resolved.
I haven't got replies to emails for over a week not any response from web site query form.
                  Quite frustrating experience

                  • @taoz: Did you’ll get your Refunds yet? How long did it roughly take?

                    • @jdf: Not yet. Been too busy to chase it up. I'll hit them up again before the end of the week.

                    • @jdf: Yea eventually. Took weeks!
My return point isn't far from them either.

                    • @jdf: On chat again now. Getting spun the same line of "it'll be done by the end of the week".

I can't believe that a company the size of Adidas, with the global resources they have, can't get on top of this. It's pretty disappointing.

Anyone got any ideas on the best way to escalate this? The chat reps are pretty useless.

                      • @wombat81: They're getting smashed on Product Review. https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/adidas

                      • @wombat81: A manager can override the system and issue your refund straightaway. You just need a manager who is willing to do it at the time!

                        • -1

@ashdays: I did demand that. The chat guy said it wasn't possible but he promised would get it actioned today. Unsurprisingly it didn't happen.

                          • -3

@wombat81: Surprise surprise my refund just came through, at 10:23pm. I don't know what's going on at Adidas but they need to sort their shit out.

Someone has decided to resell 7 Ultraboosts from this outlet sale on Facebook…

    • Wow, they basically want near full price lol

  • I was talking to a support agent on adidas live chat and he told me that i can’t send my item back and exchange it for another colour and that i could only get a refund. He said i could talk to the store manager at my local adidas store and see if they will exchange it for me for another colour. What should i do should i just send them back to the warehouse for a refund or should i try my luck at my local adidas store? Has anyone had any experience with this before which help me?

    • Yeah they don't do exchanges. Can't comment on the physical stores sorry.
