My two shoe orders were cancelled

    • Same here. 1 order and that too cancelled. No details in the email, just saying your order is cancelled.

    • +1

      What shoes?

      • Nmd and lyte racer

    • got wonder why people are negging comments.

  • +1

For those that got a cancellation, did your order get to the "shipped" stage (3), or was it stuck on the "preparing shpment" stage (2)?

  • Made 4 separate orders. 2 orders 'shipped' so far, one on 14th and second on 16th.
However strangely the order shipped on 16th has been updated and is currently showing at Vic facilities whereas the earlier packed/shipped order is still sitting at 'Shipping information approved by Australia Post'…

    • Did you receive it yet? Mine has been stuck on shipping info approved… for days.

EDIT: Realised you commented 2 hours ago…my bad.

      • No worries, my first order has been stuck on shipping approved like you (since 14th) whereas my second order seems to have progressed faster despite being prepared/packed at a later date. I have spoken to consultant mainly re: the first order as I'm confused why it's stuck at shipping info approved and was told to wait as it's with the couriers. hopefully we both get our orders soon!

  • Ahh mine is shipped and in transit.

A week ago they refunded my payment and then I contacted support and they said there was just delays. A day or so later I realised that they had charged the amount to my card again. I ordered a top and UB shoes.

Order placed on 9/4/20 and Shipped on 17/04/20. Waiting now….

  • Got my order cancelled too. My clothing was shipped last week.
All UBs (in 2 separate orders) were stuck in "confirmed, waiting to be packed" stage. One cancelled already.
The transactions for those two orders disappeared from bank statement too.
Managed to talk to someone on chat and he said it was cancelled due to stock shortage (despite there showing 2 in stock right now of the same size and style).
Said I should be getting other pair. We shall wait and see…

    • I got a feeling that as due to their physical stores being closed they were probably also selling stock shown at physical stores rather than just their warehouse for online orders. That could be why it also took ages for them to send orders out as they were trying to obtain the stock at the stores to move inventory and perhaps their online inventory of the stores were not correct or they just decide that it’s too troublesome to do so now and just start cancelling orders instead.

Still waiting update on my two orders.

      • Maybe… Hopefully the other one is ok. Fingers crossed!

  • I ordered on April 9, didn't receive any notification but I went to track my order today, they had shipped it on the 17th of April, hopefully arrives tomorrow or Wednesday.

Might be worth signing in to check your order status.

  • +2

Who has actually received it? Anyone else's stuck on 'Shipping information approved by Australia Post' for over a week?

    • Yep one order on shipping approved since 15/3 and another order yet to be picked.

      • Guess we gotta be patient haha….pretty hard

        • Extremely hard!

  • -2

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the Tracking Number to show up from Adi to Aus Post to show?

  • I got the wrong size shoes but it says on their website no exchanges, can i really not change the size or does the no exchanges mean no exchaning for a different product altogether?

Would they exchange sizes in store?

    • unfortunately not - you can only get a refund.

  • 5 orders here..3 have been shipped with 1 arriving tomorrow…other 2 have been showing as Shipping information approved by Australia Post since the 15th.

Last 2 orders are coming as confirmed from 09th April but both transactions have dropped from the card.

Judging by the comments here - they are going to get cancelled very soon…

    • So the Tracking Number that they give registers through says Post?

      • Yes.
I also usually login into my Aus post account to see any upcoming delivery…and can see those 3 items..

  • Surely they're not canceling large orders because a single item is not in stock?

    • They'll just cancel the individual items, not the whole order.

    • I got the same message last night, after I’d already received an AusPost tracking number for the same order…

      • I've got a tracking number too, but they haven't actually shipped the item, theyve just generated a postage label.
Mine's been sitting as "Shipping information approved by Australia Post" for a week now.

        • Oh okay. I had 2 orders, the first was generated in AusPost on the 17th and delivered the next business day, so was hoping similar might happen here. Just have to play waiting game

          • +1

@ajdaisy: Sometimes Aus Post is slow to update tracking status, but it not moving since the 15th is a sign that it's not actually been given to Aus Post.

            • +2

@theguyrules: I have this - hasn't moved since the 15th. Feels like when you get parcels from overseas but has been scanned into the system. So much for express!

              • @tlai: Yep haha. when they are actually picked up, the orders come quick.

    • +2

same email received but none of any orders in progress. all orders stay in "Order confirmed, waiting to be packed" since .

  • Summary of my orders for reference:

    Order No. 1
    Order placed 8/04/2020
    2 items
    Shipped 9/04/20
Australia Post Tracking "Your parcel is coming" 14/04/20

    Order No. 2
    Order placed 13/04/2020
    4 items
Order confirmed, waiting to be packed

    • +1

Your first has the exact same status as mine. 'Shipped' on the 9th yet auspost still hasn't received it…

  • Looks like mine was finally shipped with appropriate Auspost tracking. I ordered two shoes (Asweego and Seeley). Guess IM one of the lucky ones.

  • +2

I have just chatted with both Adidas and Australia Post. Adidas are claiming they have definitely given my numerous packages to Australia Post, Australia Post claim that Adidas definitely have NOT shipped any parcels only provided the info that they intend to. What a drama!

    • What’s the Tracking Message that it comes up with?

      • +1

shipping information received by Australia Post on 15/04 and not a thing since

        • +1

Yeah me too.. The wait continues :(

        • Same :( the details havent even been approved by auspost

        • same, very annoyed.
What's the tracking status on adidas website?

      • +1

One of my orders has been witting with Auspost since last wed, no change in status at all since then. Auspost flooded due to covid19 I would say.

        • My first order with a last Auspost tracking movement of the 15th Apr still hasn't been updated and I haven't received it. I thought even with covid it would have arrived by now.

          • +1

@Abbi: I had the exact same thing with an order for a shirt. Turns out theyve all of a sudden found it and it's coming today.

            • @theguyrules: Cool, mine just got updated an hour ago to being in my city, so should arrive soon.

    • +2

Interesting development - one of my many orders is arriving today - the only tracking it has is information received, information accepted and on board for delivery…nothing else and I am in regional Victoria so it definitely would have passed through some places before being onboard for delivery…maybe it is Australia Post that is the culprit here…

      • Same for me - just updated this morning. Went from received information (no approval) then now at my regional nsw depot after days of no update

    • +1

Same situation for two of my orders.

Spoke to AusPost and they opened a case and also suggested I speak to Adidas to get things going on their end as well.

    • Same thing here!

  • I got shipping notification from adidas and a seperate email from them as well for invoice for one of my order today.

    • Just got shipping notification for my second order From adidas. First order also received email from austpost suppose to be coming today.

  • I got an email saying my item was sent yesterday but my card still hasn't been charged

    • +10

Why would you put a lock on the card?
The pre authorisation will drop off but they will still have your details to charge when its been shipped.

You trying to get a free order off Adidas. They will continue to try and debit the amount eventually.

    • +8

This is not good form. Putting a lock on your card that is dodgy as hell. Not sure if a few orders is worth cancelling your card or get blacklisted.

  • Finally One order (UB20) delivered this morning.

    Now 3 left

    • What date was this order placed?

      • Ordered on 10/04 and it was my last (4th) order.

Still waiting for another 3 orders which I placed earlier

  • My order from 9/4 is apparently at home waiting for me today.

    • And my Ultraboosts arrived damaged. So disappointed. More mucking around returning them…

  • I received my first order today containing my two pairs of ub 4.0 and a pair of nmds. The wrapping was in the box, but there were no tags on any of the shoes.

    • +1

They haven't put tags on shoes for a long time now.

  • It's been very weird. My first order, a pair of Boston 8's, has been waiting to be shipped since last Tuesday. My second order, which was ordered 2 days later. Shipped Friday and was delivered Tuesday.

  • Parital refund for my UB 20's and my pair of triple white UB 19's have shipped.

    • +1

Curious as to the reason for the partial refund?

  • My order of 2 x UB20 (triple black), 1 x UB4.0 (triple black), 3 x pairs of track pants have just been marked as shipped. Ordered in the early AM of the 9th. Was expecting them to cancel the shoes..

    • Received mine at midday today. Shipped time was 540pm last night

  • The funny thing is, the last order shipped is the one apparently on its way today, yet it didn't arrive .

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-04-22/waiting-on-a-parcel-f…

  • +4

I can confirm that I received my 3 UB's yesterday. I didn't get any email notification or anything from Adidas saying it was shipped but instead got notified by Aus Post on the day that it was coming.

My advice to people would be just to wait it out abit longer and give both Adidas and Aus Post some time to process your order during this period.

    • Unless they cancel for no reason lmao

  • +2

Very frustrating dealing with adidas customer service. Need the app so they effectively know who you are busy still ask you for order number 🤨. Asked them how long orders take to get delivered normally. 2 business days was the answer. Asked them how long since I ordered (14 days). Proceed to tell me I should allow up to 5 extra business days 😁. Asked them why adidas app says my order delivered when Aus Post says pending. , Australia post don’t have data for my tracking number other than sent. One adidas rep said it might be lost. Another one said not lost and wait 5 extra business days.

  • I got a pair of shoes today, it was the 4th order I placed!!!! Unsure where the other 2 are and one is delayed.

  • I received a pair today. Ordered on the 9th. Spoke to chat and they said they processed my other order but delay with Aus Post to retrieve this item hence why it hasn’t been sent. Many of you would be on the same boat.

  • -2

still 2 orders waiting to be packed. crazy
if australia post is the issue, use another courier there are plenty of them

    • As what boomers23 said Above they have to retrieve the item which what I suspect is that they had to retrieve stock from their physical stores which are closed. So this creates longer time to send things out as they have to bring the stock from their physical store to their online warehouse first before sending them out.

Plus postal delays both ways create additional time as well.

      • not sure they would be showing store stock included in there warehouse stock on there website, for online sales. They don't have that many stores in VIC.
Possibly Australia post didn't pick up the amount of freight they had on time

        • +1

There’s is some slow down with Aus post for sure. My parcel was supposed to come today but only arrived to Perth this afternoon so delayed till tomorrrow. Was posted out on Tuesday. If it was operating under normal circumstances then should have been here Wednesday.

edited. same comment went in twice

  • Second order arrive yesterday and the first order:

Attempted delivery - Incorrect address on item
Fingers cross as this is a big order with a lot of bargain clothes and shoes :(

  • I'm not one to usually post, 'my order has shipped', but after two weeks in a holding pattern it's nice to have this finally clear and hit the road.

For anyone still waiting, mine was only updated last night, so they're still working through the orders from this deal.

  • +2

Love the impatience of some people. Youve purchased ridiculously low priced Adidas sneakers at just about the lowest price they will go. Adidas had plenty of stock and sizes in just about everything and only a small handful of orders look like they had to be cancelled.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and Australia post are being absolutely slammed so are obviously delayed. People cant wait 2-3 weeks for sneakers they are going to open and go "wow" for 2 minutes, put them back in the box and then will wear them in 2-3 months time when everyone is finally allowed out of the house again.

    Get a grip people.

    • +1

You'll be upsetting a lot Karens here with your comment

    • I think they should have had a note, about delivery times taking longer than usual, most people were just worried about whether the order went through or not. Especially with auspost saying they haven't received it and adidas saying they have sent it. Anyways my order is arriving Monday after over a 2 week wait.

      • They have placed a note about delays on their website. I will be getting one order today. My other which was supposed to be shipped yesterday not showing any details on aust post yet.

    • -1

I don't see any negs, people are allowed to be frustrated.

  • +1

Finally i got notification from AusPost that delivery will be on Monday. Ordered on 9th and has been with AusPost since 14th

  • -1

How is it possible that I made an order Wed night through Hype. Dispatched yesterday from QLD and I received it this morning through StarTrack. Adidas aren’t where they should be.

    • -2

Yeah blaming AusPost is not the right way to go. I used Express Post 3kg satchel Sydney to Melbourne last week and it took 3 days instead of the usual overnight. It's understandable considering the pandemic impact to deliveries. What's not cool is Adidas blaming AusPost when their usual orders take 2 business days (according to them) and now it's looking like well over 15days (weekend here and no chance of getting it today).

      • +2

Count yourself lucky if your order doesn't get cancelled. I don't think the coupons were mean't to stack.

      • -1

Townsville to Brisbane usually one night, it took four for express including two days sitting at the post office waiting to be sorted into a PO box.

  • I made an order on 09/04, and my order was shipped on 23/04. Expecting to receive it on Monday or Tuesday.
I made an order with ALOT of items too.
(Great find on the deal too, one of the best I've seen in years!!!)

  • -6

Yeah, I believe AusPost is to blame. Why? because the last order I made is the only one which has arrived and 3 orders were shipped to me between 2 days.
