    They would have been flooded with orders and it practically been about 2 plus working days since the sale started to send orders out. Give it 2-3 more days and hopefully they would have sent everything out by then.

      I haven't received yet but I did receive a tracking number last Thursday which just shows as "Your parcel is coming" within Australia Post's website.

    Two orders: First order (3 pairs) still on "waiting to be packed". Second order (2 pairs) has moved to "shipped" - have tracking number, but only "Shipping information received by Australia Post".

    Fingers crossed it's just a delay from the amount of orders, and not because they are out of stock / oversold!

      When I ordered my UB 20's and socks (1 pair each, 1 order on 10th) there was still plenty of stock. Shouldn't be a problem I think, maybe a bit short staffed too due to social distancing.

    I placed 4 separate orders of 1 pair of shoes each (thought the deal would be axed so was trying to do it as fast as possible). Placed my orders at like 4AM the morning it was posted.
    1st order was being shipped to an inner Melbourne suburb.
    Other orders were being shipped to me in Far North Queensland, rurally so everything usually takes ages.
    I received one order on Wednesday (my 3rd order) which is crazy fast up here!

    Others still at the confirmed and waiting to be packed stage.

    Did anyone received their UB 20 ..just want to confirm few things
    Mine just got delivered today and the box was open half the way through and their were no tags or packaging …so just wondering if they are even new or not ..will upload a picture if anybody can confirm if that’s how they are straight out of the box ..That would be great 👍

      Wont be tags or packaging on new sneakers. Def not on any Adidas ive ever purchased - should usually be stuffed with papers and wrapped in paper in the box.

      Pretty easy to tell if sneakers are new - give them a smell and they will have that new shoe smell.

I was thinking the same ..but what made me confused is no where on the shoes it displays adidas logo and never received any tracking details or delivery information and they were sent straight like boom ..so I was wondering if they were even legit ..and besides that when I opened the packing box the black Box inside (original) one was also opened half the way through ..so thats got my head..still waiting on few other orders let see how they turn up..Ta

          Why would you question the legitimacy of the shoe if you are buying directly from the manufacture? The only way it would not be legit is if someone returned a pair of fakes and Adidas put it back in to there stock without checking. Not sure how likely this would be.

            @Sainter4Life: Mate..the way/condition they were delivered in ..if you would have seen it you wouldn’t be questioning the integrity..besides that’s like I said in my post I never received any emails for order confirmation or any tracking numbers from AU POST or from adidas .. made ne think the to what I mentioned in my earlier post .. so what I was just confirming is if somebody have been through like this before or not. It was not my judgement but rather a suggestion I was looking for. ..hope this helps..

      I’m not sure about UB20, but like my NMDs has the tags attached to the shoe and it should have the wrapping paper inside as well. If the soles shows no sign of wear then it’s probably new or maybe been on display.

      However, I noticed that UB 4.0 no stuffing were put in shoes unlike NMDs.

      Maybe he was questioning whether they were likely store shelf stock.

      I have a few pairs of ultraboost 2 and 3s. They had the usual packaging and also if i recall continental rubber sticker or tags relating to the sole.

      Also bought a few pairs of replica ones in shenzhen, china and they came with all kinds of adidas tags and boxing etc.

      To be honest i can't really tell the difference between the real and replica ones. In fact my legit ones sent from Adidas lasted me about 1 year until the sole wore down. The replicas are still going on 2 years.

      I’ve not checked adidas as my recent orders have been perfect but usually most clothing/footwear stores only do returns and you need to buy again if you want an alternate size. It would become unwieldy for online retailers to manage otherwise.

      From what I read in the past you need to return and reorder for online which most likely means you lose out on the discount. You can call them to check. In store the easiest way to exchange but they are close for now.

    My large order from 6am on the 9th arrived yesterday (clothes only) and my order from 9am including shoes is still on 'Your item is coming' in AusPost tracking. The extra 0 they put before my address didn't affect delivery in case anyone is worried they need to redirect.

      The return period doesn't start until you receive the item. They've also increased the return period to 90 days the last time I looked.

    Shopback rejected my cashback claim - same thing happened to anyone else? I used the KIC30 code.

      I said that on a previous page, code wasn't on shopback so would most likely be rejected. Shopback and Cashrewards are starting to become really tight no code = rejected these days, 6 months ago they would just pay out.

      Should get the 7.5% if you didn't use a discount code e.g. 40% off creators account on the already discounted/sale items that were 30-50% off. E.g. those that purchased the CNY 20 UB's for $109.20. Assuming they were part of a different order that didn't use KIC30, you would get $8.20ish back via shopback.

      Even still, 62% (40% + 30%) off any new gear is virtually unheard of.

      They rejected mine as well even though I did not use any coupon code at all. They claimed they ADIDAS is not honouring therefore they didn't get any commissions so I won't get any cashback.

      Also both of my orders on the 9th April still says Processed, Waiting to be packed 😐

      Just spoke to them on chat, they said to adjust expectations due to auspost having limited staff and something about scanning won’t be occurring as normal? Then they strangely disconnected the chat.
