I dislike the facebook check-in offers. Not everyone has a smartphone or a connection with data usage allowance.

Plus, this isn't a "check-in" offer (I have never checked-in anywhere using FB, I don't like it), simply like the page and fill out the form. I have a fake facebook account with a fake name so that I can purposely receive samples because when it comes to the internet, I never use my real name. Only on my real FB account. Even if people hate FB, we're ozbargainers so having a fake account shouldn't be a huge issue.
It appears I can't go slightly off tangent on OzBargain deal thread posts. I wasn't at all criticising the above offer, which I have actually voted positive; just a simple statement on how the now widely used social networking platform called facebook is behind used for marketing.
