The Mercane 500w motor is a beast but i'm still a fan of the M365 pro, cheaper - and 5kg lighter. Wait until you have to fold these things up and move them…i'd hate to have to lift 20kg on the Mercane dual too far.
Rep - any reason why this is more expensive than the $1.095 you can get the Mercane and the $879 for the (non bundle) M365 Pro you can get at bricks and mortar shops elsewhere?
I’d say it’s more expensive because it says it’s the “dual” ie 1000W version not the single motor 500W you’re comparing it to. I definitely wouldn’t want a seat on a Mercane. With all the cast alloy components you’re just going to add to the fatigue and snap it faster.
Nah still same price (albeit out of stock at the site i saw) - tis the dual model at the price i noted.
This thing must rocket when you unlock the speed restriction 2 x 500w motors with burst up to 800w!

Safety point - Get a 2020 wide wheel “upgraded” Mercane instead if you’re in the market for one…
I can vouch for the 2020 wide wheel pro. Love it. I have had it for a few months now. Awesome piece of kit. Main advantage is the dual disc brakes and they have apparently fixed the stem\steering issues compared to the 2019 version.
It's still $150 more for a "free seat and helmet" compared to scooter hut.
I believe it's illegal to ride it in NSW
