      Yes, I agree, explain what you mean by 2nd ( I understand just about every retailer/manufacturer has a different definition of what a Factory 2nd is). Having said that, If I could afford it I would buy theESAM 6600.

        You are correct - we get the following different grades / terminology for similar items:

        1st and 2nds inventory
        T1 and T2 stock
        Repacks
        Refurbished
        Reworked
        2nds
        Damaged Box
        Scratch and Dent.

        And on it goes.

    The items are NEW - But come in a Factory 2nd Box - (plain Brown Box) - and are therefore classed as a 2nd in our inventory System.

    This is more about the condition of the units - ie these are NEW and have NO blemishes - but come in a 2nds box with reduced warranty.

    The sheer volume of questions we get regarding what (if ANY) scratches or marks these machines have on them is astounding - hence why we have physically inspected a number of each and are able to guarantee the quality.

    BTW - most Factory seconds are box damaged or slight cosmetic damage only (scratch and dent) - refurbished though are a different animal all together.

      Cheers REP beat me by 46 seconds (from my post)-"inspected a number of each", a bit picky I know, but this still leaves doubt on the ones that have not been inspected, anyway, thanks for replying.

        Ozf1 - We inspected a number of each of model - we have 100's in inventory - and put the NEW ones aside - and these are the ones you will get in THIS sale we are currently running.

    My father bought one of these machines and it was Dead On Arrival so be careful with these so called brand new machines… I'll let you know how the return process goes.

    I've just received the 6600 which I ordered. It seems to be working fine.
