      $40/m2 for rip up tiles. It very depends on what kinds of tiles you have now? How big for the grout? We might need to fill in the grout if it's big as we need to ensure the floor is totally even before we install. And just $5/m2 on top of labor price for filling grout.

          That's an exceptionally large house, are you sure you calculated correctly? My house is 110m2, and it's not a small house.

      Sure, we can do that. So first remove your carpet, then check your floor level,to ensure your floor is flat.

      So how many m2 you need? Can i hav your email add? Then i can quote for you.

    I paid around $75psq supply and install for my hybrid flooring, had quotes for higher so this looks like great price if the product itself is decent

      Hi,
      The biggist diff is the way of installation. SPC which has cork backing the same as accoustic underlay can be easy to go onto the any subfloor without any extra underlay. It can be glued though.

      WPC got rubber base, it's set up with underlay.

      Hi, WPC can install anywhere inside the house including powder room or laudry except bathroomS or ensuites. I do recommend you to install bathrooms with tiles thanks.

    You can buy HDF flooring for like $10-$15/sqm.. is this stuff installed at $52.5 a bargain?

        I'm not questioning your product, I was asking if the price is a bargain. Would love to know how much of a benefit "wpc hybrid" flooring has over cheaper 10-12mm laminate. I've used laminate floorboards previously and am about to do 70sqm in my new place.. so just curious if it's worth it

          Hi,
          WPC which is hybrid flooring has big differences from Laminate floors. Firstly, their compositions. Laminate floor is made of medium or high desity fibre. WPC is wood polymer composite.
          Second, Laminate floor has certain level of water resistant, when you drop some water or soup on it, you need to wipe it away ASAP. WPC is vinyl product, it is 100% waterproof.

    How much would it cost roughly to get 65m2 self level? Not the worst floor but there's points where you walk over carpet and can feel a divert

      If it's just a few distinctive divets rather than the overall floor being out of level, use a concrete or mortar repair product on those places only.

      The self level is not relate to how big of the room, it relates to the height difference on your floor level. Rougly it costs $600.
