I would avoid them at all cost!!!

Shipping to Melb is $49, so it's not really any better than the eBay offers.

Delivery time is probably 4 weeks

With $49 shipping you would expect it to be delivered yesterday….

      SrMoure
Item will be dispatched within 7 working days by Fedex or DHL as listed. And it will take 1-5 working days for Fedex/DHL to deliver the parcel Australia wide.

  • Also warranty service is dodgy at least. Read this b4 buying from SS.

I just received mines today from the last ebay group buy deal. Only took 8 days to deliver. SS is not as bad as the others saids.

    • It's probably not as bad as others have made it out to be. Mostly getting negged since last time they sold the SGS2, it took a long time for delivery. They said they didn't have stock but they were still selling and shipping the SGS2 on ebay.

why not get it cheaper from the ebay store run by them

  • Shopping Square will take over a month to deliver what they sell on their website, it happened to me! They shipped out Ebay phones quicker as they cost more on Ebay.

Also there is a fault on my phone after only using it for a month and a half when I tried to ask for an ETA to fix the problem they first gave me a canned response on the steps needed to claim warranty then when I asked for a clearer response based on previous Warranty claim they said that they don't even have my phone yet and can't give me an ETA, not the best customer service.

    Buyers Beware!

  • apusauction and shoppingsquare is the same, so you'd better buy from apusauction on ebay for a cheaper price. There is couple of other listings on ebay with cheaper price as well.

  • Do your prices include GST?
    Yes.
All of our prices are GST inclusive.
    http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/help_article.php?id=11

BUT on the information for the phone

    is the Tax invoice provided?
Yes, Tax invoice is provide for warranty purpose

How about GST and Custom Duty?
For the order value less than AU$1,000 - No GST or Custom Duty has to pay . please check Australia Custom web site http://www.customs.gov.au/site/page5549.asp
For the order valus over AU$,1000 - Australian Custom Clearance Service is provided by Fedex or DHL, we will provide all necessary documents bundle with the parcels. Customer may need to pay GST, Duty and Custom Clearance fee for Custom Clearance.

So if i order 2 of these you are going to charge me 10% GST and then when it is delivered i need to pay GST again plus import tax plus fees to DHL/FedEX

You are the Australian store selling this phone YOU should be collecting and paying for all of the GST and import fees, not the customer.

If you are shipping this from overseas it is not going to some with an Australian charger (Non A tick so there are issues with that)
