    Seems they ship from Nsw.
    The postage is so slow, I assumed they would deliver from the local warehouse

    To price match with dj log into Costco show them the item and price and then your good to go

        you would need to try in store. and it would depend on luck of the draw with who you got from DJ staff as they aren't supposed to match Costco (being a membership warehouse)

    The 920 has to be purchased as part of the Duo kit (includes the grinder).
    Doesn't qualify if you buy the Dual Boiler on it's own.

      Is the Dual Boiler identical to the one in the machine in Dynamic Duo? Or is it an earlier revision with some differences (internal components)?

      The Dual Boiler is $899, even with the grinder as a separate purchase, they still much cheaper than the combo.

    I price matched with DJ on the phone, very simple and easy. No questions asked. If you have DJ Amex, they'll match it without any issues as well.

    This machine has auto froth which just makes it super easy and quick to make a nice coffee every time. Much better construction and quicker heating time as compared to Express model.

    I went to Bing Lee, David Jones and JB HiFi today and all refused to price match on the basis that Costco is a "wholesaler". I finally got lucky when I tried a different JB HiFi store in another suburb. It very much comes down to finding the right salesperson!

    It's $1,099 at costco all along. I have been waiting for it to go on special.

    Price matching at mainstream retailer for the bonus gift pack is a good strategy.

    How's the auto milk frothing function? Good texture for latte art? Can you also do it the manual way?

      Auto milk is a life saver, you can set temp & level of froth which is more than enough for me. Haven't tried manual because i never needed it, not sure if it lets you do it.

        Yea I like the frothing but its not as good as mabual frothing. So I sometimes still do manual so its best of both.
