        Just a heavy blanket, I'd imagine for the price you'll basically be wrapped as if someone's trying to cook you overnight :(

        while I too want to try 'em out, I just know i'll sweat like heck :(

        I suppose I would go safe, try amazon? maybe if its the worst thing, just return it.

        No-one said they did. But they can have therapeutic benefits for some people, including those with sensory issues, autism, etc. But it is very much down to the individual, and not a panacea for anything.

      I personally found it to work on me. I gives you the deepest sleep. Maybe due to the fact it stops you tossing and turning. Disadvantages is the material isn't very breathable so it can be quite hot. And the other is the blanket must be straighted before you sleep if not you can throw your back out or wake up with a stitch etc.

      I have one and I like it (not this brand). I’m not usually anxious but when I do feel anxious, it does affect my sleep. So far no sleep issues (despite worrying about everything going on in the world).
