    Is this saying that if they somehow don't break in 25 years, they're guaranteed to meet nameplate for that long? But if they break between 12 and 25 years you're out of luck?

      25 Years Performance Warranty:At least 97% of nominal power during first year. Thereafter max. 0.54% degradation per year. At least 92.0% of nominal power up to 10 years. At least 84% of nominal power up to 25 years.

      12 Years Product Warranty:Q CELLS warrants that modules which are installed in accordance with the relevant product information (in particular the
      installation instructions), and which are used and serviced as described in the relevant product information will not show any material defects or processing defects for a period of twelve years after initial purchase.

      Yup basically, may as well not consider the 25 year performance warranty even exists as it would be that difficult to prove the degradation

        That statement is true for the entire solar industry, not specific to this installation company. QCells is actually quite good in terms of warranty (12), though LG and SunPower are better (25).

        That being said, the Q-Peak Duo G5+ panels should have 25 years product warranty.

    I went for q.cells myself after a good deal of reading and have been happy however went for 330w panels. Density helps reduce panel count.
    I also chose a fronius after the same amount of reading as appeared a no brainer for reliability and quality.

        Surely just post it here. There is a fixed cost differential between the invertor quoted in the headline deal and the fronius.

          Sungrow is value for money. Fronius Primo 5KW is around $580 more.

    Hi there i would be interested in a quote for Q.Plus Duo and Fronius Inverter. I do see that they have released a G6 panel now as well.

    I am also looking at an alternative with the LG Neon 2 panels as well.

    I'm in Brisbane, North facing roof, single storey tile roof
