    Dammit. Requires iOS 13. Seems the kids mini 2's are getting to old. Dont seem to get option to update to 13 alas.

      you can always download to a newer version iPad / iPhone first, and from the older iPad -> purchases to download the latest compatible version of the same app.
      Just you can't get from the older iPad directly.
