    • Great to hear! Reassuring to read your comments.
Mine were posted out Monday, but Australia post is slow so will arrive when it does.

    • Mine arrived today and also pretty happy. Wasn't sure what to expect after some of the feedback on this deal. But quality of mine seems quite good, true to size, comfortable. I have a mix of carpet, laminate floorboards and tiles.. I wouldn't say they're super grippy but I'm not sliding around either. For the deal price I think they're a good buy.

  • Mine arrived today as well and am very happy. They fit well, are very comfortable and appear well made. This was a good bargain.

  • So received the missus' pair today, great timing for Mother's Day!

Funnily enough, my pair was dispatched a few days beforehand and yet to receive.

Worth noting though… Similar to other comments, we did NOT receive the colour we actually ordered. Blue was selected, ended up receiving black. Luckily the missus wasn't too picky and was content with it. Quality looks pretty decent, although the sole is the sawtooth pattern, not the xxxxx crisscross like the June 2019 purchase. Fortunately, test spin in these wasn't slippery on floorboards, so happy with that.

    Here's a pic for reference… https://i.imgur.com/Y11eKM2.jpg

    • Idk wtf is going on, my pair was supposedly dispatched on 04/05/2020 but the Auspost tracking shows "Shipping information approved by Australia Post Mon 4 May 10:07am" and hasn't changed since.

As above, my misses' pair was dispatched out a few days after mine and she received on 08/05/2020.

I'm guessing that OP has initiated the dispatch with Auspost but hasn't actually 'physically' got the stock to be handed over to Auspost for actually delivery. Wtf is the deal?

Vote revoked. I wanted to give OP some business being a local company, but this is pretty ordinary. Why would we help fellow Aussie companies if this is the service given…

  • Received ours yesterday, very happy with the purchase. I was the same as everyone above, wasn’t sure what to expect but are they are great quality. Haven’t noticed any slipping either on tiles or floorboards.
    Great buy!

  • When is mine being dispatched OP? #26824 - ordered 2nd May.

  • has anyone received theirs? or got tracking info?

    I've heard nothing!
fwiw, my order number is 26004

  • my order number is 26584

I still haven't received any notice.

    Orderd 1st of MAy

  • likewise - ordered on 30th and not even posted yet.
    ORDER #25562

  • Mine (for the son) arrived today. The young fella is happy now. He can stop walking around bare foot on the cold floor because he doesn’t have any slippers. Much quicker turnaround than last time. The whole family is kitted out now. My feet are nice and warm because I’m wearing mine now. Thanks OP.

    • Did you get a shipping notice as per the order confirmation email or did they just rock up?
I ordered on the 30/4 and still haven't heard anything.

      • I got an email from Aus Post and from Ugg Australia, both with a tracking number. I ordered mine on 1 May and it was lodged with Aus Post on 7 May (I got the email on this day). Might also depend what size you order and whether they have it in stock or need to make more of that size.

        • +1

I got a notification of shipping from Australia Post on 4 May, and parcel still hasn't arrived as of 13 May.

          • @pencilman: Check the tracking info. Some Aus Post deliveries have been taking longer to deliver due to lots of on line ordering. You can raise an on line enquiry with Aus Post to check on the delay as well (if they have the parcel). It might just be stuck at one of their processing centres.

  • Stil No shipment notification received

    • Same here and I am disappointed with op's poor communications with no reply here.
This is my 4th purchase and backed the op but that's it, no more interest!

      • Hang in there, we are having a few issues but all orders that haven't been posted will be this week.
Apologies for the delay. Please DM me.

        • Hi, I have DM ed you about an existing issue for 2-3 weeks now. Can you get back to me on that? What is going on?

        • +1

Op. I’m not gonna dm you to chase up my normal order. It should be communicated and updated before we ask you.

          • @Unacceptable: no worries, wasn't asking you to DM about chasing your order… we will chase your order regardless. That's fine though, we will chase it up.

  • I have never known a company as disorganised as this one, pathetic communication run by rude and arrogant people. I would never support them or recommend them to anyone.

    • this after we even gave you a free pair to resolve your issue? we may just be redirecting the parcel.

      • This is the example of your rude comment…

  • Hi OP, I've purchase this deal on the 30th. I have not received any updates since the purchase… what's going on?

  • terrible service, finally got my order on monday and only 1 x pairs i order was in there. they never reply to emails, there land lind diverts to a mobile that isnt connected anymore. @UggAustraliaOfficial can i get some assistance please ORDER #25493. i am SICK OF CHASING YOUR COMPANY

    • and when commenting asking for help on there fb page posts, they just delete the post

  • +1

So it looks like I am not the only one that has had issues with my order. Nearly 2 months and have never received my order. Get reassured it will
Be sent, all the rhetoric thanks for supporting Australian etc. and nothing.

Emails now ignored, phone doesn't connect and PayPal dispute raised.

So disappointing that despite all the assurances there is never any follow up.

I fear the worst for this company, in the current climate. Avoid at all costs.

  • Just wondering can we all submit to Consumer Affairs for this behaviour? Its stupid for withholding someone's money like this with no replies.

I have submitted mine, i think you should all submit too just to get more traction.

  • +2

Just thought I would add my comments though relatively positive. Ordered on 1st of May 2020. Took the company 4 days to send email with consignment. Just received correct ordered yesterday 15th. So 2 weeks. Though I would have liked more email correspondence early on, the company has at least got my order correct.

  • +1

Another still waiting for shipment confirmation, let alone delivery…Ordered on the 30th, still nothing.
When people started negging this deal I thought it was a bit harsh but I can easily see why now. Even Adidas get orders out quicker than this and that's saying something! If you didn't have 500 pairs in stock, don't do a 500 pair deal.

  • Likely many others, I still have not received any shipment notifications. I wanted this initially for mothers day, the lateness in shipping is really disappointing.

  • Haven't received any shipment notifications either

  • mine finally arrived. the construction and fit is good, but they are SLIPPERY

    • When did you order yours?

I placed an order on the 30th of April and haven't had any communication from this company even though I've emailed them twice?

      • yeah, I think I ordered on the 30th too. then no comms until I got an email from AusPost.

  • PayPal case has been opened for my order. Never again. OP and business should be banned from OzB.

It's a shame that previous encounters were pleasant, but the direction of the business went South pretty quickly in terms of customer service. Even more of a shame being an Aussie company! Oh well, can't live up to the standards, ain't getting anymore business from me.

Edit: Wish I could neg, but prematurely upvoted so could only revoke :(

    • Its ok you Neg our other post, can you DM me your issue at least?

      • +1

It's ok, I've raised a PayPal case so I'll wait for that to take its natural course.

I do hope you can address your business operations model and customer service and have some form of consistency.

I'm in no way a business owner or operate a business myself, but can share from a customer's perspective. Inconsistency doesn't sit well and when more and more customers flag issues they too have in the same forum, it exacerbates the issue tenfold, and obviously bad for business reputation…

        • I made 2 orders on the same day (Order A and Order B)
        • Order A gets notification that it's shipped after a few days, with an AusPost tracking number
        • Checking on AusPost site that day, results are "Shipping information approved by Australia Post Mon 4 May 10:07am"
        • Acknowledging issues around logistics and covid19, sure understand AusPost may take a while
        • Order B gets notification that it's shipped after about a week from order, with an AusPost tracking number
        • Order B is received within days of shipping notification
        • Checking Order A again as I speak on AusPost site, results are "Shipping information approved by Australia Post Mon 4 May 10:07am"

What's a customer to think? I'm guessing product isn't actually on hand but the shipping was initiated?

Just looking for a refund on an item I don't want anymore from a company I no longer wish to deal with.

      • Hi, I sent a DM but I didn't get a response.

        Thanks

  • +4

got them, they are ok. however now my cat has panic attacks when she sees her two new fury friends…not kidding…she hasn't been the same since I'm wearing them.

  • This is ridiculous, I've sent DM's and tried to contact the company without a response or my order.

    • So they got back in touch, they have posted out a new order. As long as it comes I'm happy.

  • SO here is loo0o0o0o0o0o0ng word vomit / order of events. From their previous deal.
(Spoiler: ends well though. The slippers are decent (especially for the price) but you have to wait a while to get them)
(TLDR 2 months and 1 day end to end to get 3 x pairs of slippers)

    • 25 March: Order placed for 1 x men's 10 and 2 x women's 7
    • 6 April: Shipping information confirmed*
    • 7 April: AusPost actually says my order is coming (yay)
    • 11 April: Parcel gets delivered (yay, a bit of delay but not bad)

So it was just over 2 weeks door to door.

    !!! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE !!!
    I open the parcel and inside sits 1 x women's 7… that's all. Lol.

    • 11 April: Email to ask about the missing slippers
    • 17 April: Email again
    • 30 April: Email again and also post on OzB (because I was salty and that they had created a new deal for slippers already)

By a sheer stroke of luck, OP was browsing the OzBs, saw my message, and instantly DMed me and emailed their warehouse peeps(?) to send me the missing items.

    • 5 May: No comms since the above so I email the new email thread (with the warehouse peeps in it)
    • 19 May: Still no comms… Just as I was about to give up and go whine to my mother in law's second cousin's aunt over dinner with a bottle of red…
    • 19 May: Tracking information received WTF
    • 21 May: For some lawd forsaken reason they couldn't safe drop my slippers and I was out for literally half an hour to go grab some groceries
    • 26 May: Finally picked them up (7AM OUT OF HOURS PICK UP - DO IT it's the best thing that will ever happen to you)**

Long story short, slippers are fine they keep my feet pretty warm. I like wearing them with socks. But they take a while to get here.
If I had gotten all the slippers in 2 weeks, it would be a + from me.

If they had sent the replacements immediately too, and I received them in another week it would have also been a +.
But 8-9 weeks is probably a little bit too long.

    * Shipping information confirmed - this is acknowledgement of the order. People shouldn't get too excited about this step yet.
i.e. they have generated a label for the parcel in the system, but not necessarily shipped / shipping it yet - the label could be printed, or not)
The warehouse I used to work at used to do this too even when stock was out or we were flooded with orders. I know it sucks, we had our labels in a separate queue that we would work through.

** Out of hours pickup - I went to the post office twice during my breaks from work. Once on Friday at 12:20, I wasn't thinking and it was a pretty bad idea, there were about 10 people in line so I buggered off.
So on Monday I thought I would be a smarty-pant and go just before lunch (11:30) because who would even think of that? OH GOD there were lines out the door, no joke maybe 25-30 people waiting in line.
Yeah out of hours pickup at 7am was bliss.

    • Moral of the story…

Anyone that's read your post and still willing to go ahead to do business with this company, good luck to them.

The only thing consistent about this company is the consistency of incorrect and missing orders, and lengthy delays in providing the product to customers.

All this effort and chasing for fkn 'slippers'… How the fk does 'slippers' create all this noise and backlash… Mind blown!

For people still waiting on their "non delivery of products" and rather seek a refund/return of their money…

If one hasn't already done so, I'd encourage you to have a read of this on ACCC site and flag with your relevant state.

    https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/sales-delivery/non-deliver…

Accepting payment without intending to supply

Under the Australian Consumer Law, businesses must not accept payment for products or services if:

they do not intend to supply them
they intend to supply materially different products or services
they know, or should have known, they would not be able to supply the products or services within the timeframe indicated or if no timeframe was provided, within a reasonable time.

And more specifically for me being in VIC…

    https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/products-and-services/proble…

    Missing products

A store or seller must not accept payment for a product if they:

do not intend to supply it
intend to supply something different from what the consumer ordered
know, or should have known, they would not be able to supply the product in a timely way.

A store or seller that accepts payment for products must supply them:

within any timeframe they have indicated, or
    within a reasonable time.

If a product ordered online has not arrived within either of these periods, the consumer can ask the store or seller for an explanation in writing.

If the store or seller still fails to supply the product, the consumer is entitled to a refund of any money they have paid for the product.

Note: if the seller claims to have posted the product, they are responsible for resolving any issues with Australia Post or the courier company used to deliver the product.

I've already submitted a case to CAV. I'd encourage others to do the same!

Edit: Those looking to proceed to submit a case, here's the company details you need, for your convenience…

    UGG AUSTRALIA PTY LTD
    ABN: 57 006 310 256

    31-35 Gilbertson Rd
    Laverton North, VIC 3026

    Ph: 03 8360 8052
    Email: [email protected]

  • My item has been "on its way" since the 4th of May. Tried emailing the company but am yet to receive a response. It's getting cold down in Vic, I just want some slippers ):
Might take @AnDyStYLe advice on this one.

@UggAustraliaOfficial, maybe keep your paying customers better informed of delays rather getting us to chase you for information.

    • That means Aus post have it, unfortunately we cant control Aus post. They do the updates and have the information.
We can chase it with them for you if you don't have time.

      • I'm in the same position:

Shipping information approved by Australia Post
        Mon 4 May • 10:07am

Shipping information received by Australia Post
        Mon 4 May • 10:07am

But no updates since 4 May?
And the parcel only needed to delivered within Melbourne!

        So where is it?
Did Australia Post actually pick up the parcel?

        • we have resent your order express today.

        • I don't believe AusPost have acknowledged the physical item until you get "Item processed at facility".
Until then it could be anywhere as far as "non-existent yet", to "in some warehouse", or as close as "it is already dropped off at the post office but not yet processed by AusPost".

OP has posted a message about all parcels being shipped so I'm assuming they dumped all the parcels at the post and someone has to scan them and once they do, it will update your tracking.

          EDIT: typo

        • Exact same situation here with scans by Australia post.

          order #25279

I still have not received my order.

      • order #25279

This is NOT true, it does not necessarily mean Aust Post has it.

I was frustrated and contacted Australia post, I could only get an automated answer so I went to my local Post office and this is what they advised:

"Sometimes it may have not even been sent but I’ll find out
You can generate your own label at home
Usually, when they have sent it, it should tell you where the parcel has been lodged.
The website can go online and generate a return slip.
The Australia post system gives you a tracking number and barcode
But doesn’t mean it’s actually lodged at an Australia post, could just be sitting at home until you bring it to an Australia post".

I still get the exact same as others when tracking on Australi post:

Shipping information approved by Australia Post
        Mon 4 May • 10:07am

        No update since.

  • +1

Just an update, all orders from this deal have been sent, we are working on exchanges and returns.

    • Order has not been updated yet though.

    • If all orders have been sent then why did I get this email (copied below) on 1st June after Paypal dispute started? Been waiting since 4th May when tracking number received from Australia Post and have had Australia Post searching for the item but it seems they've never had it. Email from Ugg as follows:

Hope you’re well, we have had a huge influx of orders as you could imagine.

Please allow another 7-14 business days and product will be shipped.

Everything is hand made in Victoria Australia

If you have not received within this time, please email me at
      [email protected]
      And I personally will follow if up for you;

Thank you for your patience and keep safe!

      • it is a auto msg, your order was shipped

        • Still no slippers. When I get an email response it just states they were shipped and gives me same tracking number. Australia Post has already declared this item "lost in transit" and I just want a refund. Paypal dispute started a couple of weeks ago but that's moving very slowly too. Will never purchase from this company again.

  • We hope that everyone is enjoying their slippers, anyone with a Auspost issue please DM here and we will sort it out today.

    • This is what the people want to seeeeeee. Comms are good :)

    • Not me, still waiting (01/05)

  • order #25279

I still have not received my order.

They just claim it has been shipped 4 May.

They provide tracking number but Australia post tracking does not have it.

The company does not even bother to reply to my emails. I finally got a very delayed email response on 26 May from Anthony Speers Cc-ing marketing to send a replacement but no response to my 3 emails since.

Unacceptable customer service. I shop online all the time and this is one of the most unresponsive sites I have experienced.

I even recommended these slippers to 2 friends, who received their slippers in a timely manner.

I would never recommend this company again.

    Please process me a refund.

  • Finally got mine today, took a month?
One pair is fine, the other, one slipper is black, the other is a definite grey. I get there can be differences in the dying process but it looks ridiculous wearing them. It's like wearing two different shoes or socks.
Surely they could colour match them a little better? Given how long it took for them to be dispatched, I won't send them back. However, after this experience, I won't buy again.

    • Mine was order #24826, sent on the 25/5 and I'm in Perth just for reference. Seems it was placed a bit earlier but sent later than some that haven't received them yet.

  • +1

Still yet to receive my order which was "posted" on the 4th of May, I messaged OP directly and they said they would re-ship if it was not received by last Thursday, I got an email on Tuesday saying it has been shipped and was given the same tracking number.

I placed the order for these slippers on the 30th of April and I am yet to receive anything. My first email (23rd May) sent asking about the item was left unanswered, I sent a second email on the 30th of May which eventually got answered on the 9th of June.

I also contacted AusPost about the item in which they responded that they would have thought the item should have been delivered long before I contacted them, and that they were unable to locate the item within their system.
Which leads me to believe that the item was never actually sent to AusPost, and that only the shipping details were registered and nothing more.

I just want a refund a this point so I don't have to deal with this company any longer.

    • I have had a very similar experience.

I have lodged a Paypal dispute as they do not bother having the courtesy to reply.

Hopefully, Paypal will process me a refund.

      • Same here, tracking number on 4th May and nothing since. Paypal dispute already started but that's moving slowly too. Next stop will be Consumer Affairs I guess. It would have been better customer service for Ugg Australia to give refunds to the customers who have not received their goods without all this messing around.

  • Would like to echo what has been said here multiple times - wouldn't bother buying from these guys.

I sent 2 emails within 2 business days after an order because I wanted to modify my order. They just shipped it 3 business days later without replying. Call center was not reachable either.

Got an email about 10 days later saying that I could file an exchange form. Very useful, because everything was out of stock and now I am stuck with an extra pair.

Even with COVID19 delays it is ridiculous to expect a 1 week+ delay in emails for a simple request. Customer service seems to be unable to cope with the sales.

Buy from somewhere else. Somewhere that'll provide a box so the shoes don't come squashed and wrapped in a plastic bag.

  • Bought 3 pairs from this deal. After 2 weeks of no movement on my order contacted UGG and revived my items. I think they have messed up with shipping but sleepers are nice and very comfortable. Very handy in this cold.
