This stuff has alcohol sugar (erythritol) & natural sweetener (Stevia) in them instead of sugar. Both erythritol and Stevia don't spike blood sugar, unlike table sugar and other sweeteners, and they're friendly on teeth as well. So they're better alternatives to Coke and other fizzy, sugary drinks for anyone that has diabetes or is struggling with weight. Word of a caution, erythritol might cause some bloating or digestive issues to some people. I used both sweeteners in cooking and had this fizzy drink and have had no side effects to them.
