        well shall we start with the Caltex fuel offers that are restricted to selected service stations that are always more expensive to start with?

        Or perhaps the Thrifty car rentals where the NRMA discount seems to be often trumped by other deals or competitors?

        Or some of the other merchants who refuse to honour discounts with some lame excuse?

      I agree. Once I needed a jump start, and the NRMA advised me that it will take 90 minutes for someone to arrive. Luckily I got a friend who came and helped me. Unless you drive an old car, in the last 5 years I have paid $500 in membership charges, but not used them at all.

        The same could be said of any insurer though, unless you're aware of one that guarantees services to your exact location, wherever you are in the country within a time limit you deem to be appropriate?

        Needed a new battery and was stuck in a car park a few weeks back, was told by my insurer the wait could be up to 3 hours due to them prioritising essential worker cases etc, they still arrived within 40 minutes for me and even apologised for taking that long!

      Hi rep! Any discounts for existing NRMA Blue members? Many of the benefits have no real use until things are fully back to normal.
