Look around you next time you go shopping :-)
If it was as easy as this, we would not have 2/3 of the population overweight.

This particular product is especially useless. High sugar. Better to get something high-protein if you want to suppress hunger with fewer kilojoules.
Or just have a black coffee.

thank you for restoring my faith in the fact that losing weight is not that easy.

It's easy but there's nothing "rapid" about it. The only way to lose weight is to do it slowly. Thats why fad diets and these products dont work in the long term. There's no easy fix. Calories in & calories out is all its all about.

Give your body actual food instead of these products that are just artificial nonsense, keep a food log for a while and swap high calorific foods for lower more filling calorific foods (more fiber, more protein, more complex carbs - instead of higher added sugar, higher simple carbs etc).

what bullshit that a drink claims to promote weight loss, with one of the ingredients being Fructose - a simple sugar that makes you hungrier…

How anyone can believe that consuming MORE calories promotes weight loss is beyond me.

It usually helps if an Instahoe is promoting it.

  • Prefer the amphetamines they used to sell in the 1970's to help you lose weight.

at least that would be effective..

Just like in Requiem For a Dream.

      A close match indeed.
'Rapid weight loss' powder : 44% sugar.
      Twix bar : 49% sugar.

Maybe they need some rebranding - "Rapid Weight Loss Twix"?

These 'diet' powders packed with sugar are a recipe for failure.
