Nintendo Switch Console $469 @ Target

46

The switch console back online at target, it's a click and collect and need to wait 3 to 7 business days.

—————-

Edit: out of stock.
I know is not a cheap enough price, buy if someone can get a RRP switch at this moment, still a quick good thing, isn't it.
Otherwise people can only buy second hand console from private sellers with a very expensive price.

people care about stock too, especially the switches

How does it make a it a deal? yay for Nintendo managed to manufacture more and have it brought to stores!
        What a bargain!
        Get a grip, pizzakid.

For your information, people are selling their used consoles on Gumtree for heavily inflated prices. This goes the same on eBay. This has been documented on Reddit, YouTube, and on Ozbargain by the community.

The prices vary between $500-600+ for USED consoles. The people are being gouged by the opportunists, not unlike the toliet paper/hand sanitizer/mask situation.

@4ksandknives: Part of that value might be due to gen1 hackable consoles though.

            • @Elijha: Oh that's a fair point! My cousin has one of the originals. I'll probably by it off him in the future or just get the Switch Pro whenever it debuts

This is worth 300 max, every game on every platform seems to be cheaper as well.
I fail to see the attraction.

    • +2

Disagree, $400 maybe even $450 would still be a bargain during this time.
Maybe you don't see the worth but plenty do

  • +5

    Isn't this RRP?

  • +6

Can we please stop posting full price switches. Stock is low, it's hard to find. We get it.
    Still not a deal though.

I reckon there should be threads in the forum for restocks of high demand items like this and ring fit adventure. Members can subscribe to comments in those threads to be updated on restocks

  • isn't it $459 with newsletter signup, so it's in stock and $10 off, could be a bargain?

    • $10 sign-up credit excludes interactive gaming unfortunately

      • ah I see

  • Time Waster!!!

    • Not for me it wasn't.

I've come to each of these post because daughter's friend has saved up their pennies and has been trying to buy an affordable (not scalped) console for over a fortnight.

At the moment, it would feel like a massive discount to actually score one at RRP.
Go look at the scalping going on at the moment - this IS a discount by comparison.

I bought one for 359 on launch
