It has always been 15000 pts

    • This. It's been running long enough that I've assumed this is the "base" price now.

I ordered a Google home mini for 5000 points on March 15 and have still not received my order despite the confirmation email saying 2-3 business days. I'd think twice about ordering anything from Telstra at the moment.

Yeah I never got mine either; ordered about the same time. Very dodgy website.

I got my twin pack within time. No problrm

      • i received mine two days after ordering.

Same here, I ordered mine on the 17th April and rang them last week and they can't give me an ETA, was told to keep waiting after being on hold for 40 minutes.

    • Have you contacted them? If so what was the response?

    • Me too. Actually forgot all about it until I saw this. Can’t be bothered contacting them though, maybe it’ll turn up one day and surprise me.

      • Anyone got theirs yet? I ordered a week ago and am skeptical they'll arrive given you guys ordered in March!

        • Just got an order update. Seems to be coming soon.

  • Make a Google speaker stereo group!

    • I did this with mine, one side keeps cutting out which is pretty annoying.. they occasionally disappear from my "cast to" option. Factory reset both and set them backup and some problems still persist. :/

  • I received from Telstra my Google mini from a previous deal from agesss ago and from a more recent deal a Google Home Hub.

I got another pair of these recently with leftovers from the new monthly plan deal….

Got 1 in each main room upstairs and downstairs, for a poor mans sonos system… but in reality a cool intercom.

Must be said, even with a Google Nest Wifi 3 pack (and original thrown in for 4 points) I still have occasions where 1 of the speakers just magically stops playing or stutters or worse yet disappears off my Google Home app….

My other bug bear…. they don't seem to handle multiple people well, particularly with things likes lists or spotify. Hopefully Google continues to improve them.

Good luck ever getting them! I ordered a tablet a month ago from the rewards store and have heard nothing since the order confirmation despite it saying in stock and delivery in 1-2 business days.

Support are bloody useless too and just blame covid-19 and end the chat.

    • I had mine ordered and delivered within days a week or so ago. Every time has been good except once they only sent me one of two items and I had to contact them…

still waiting from my order from March .. absolutely joke

Same boat, I ordered iphone 11 with the points. I haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks, when contacted the customer service blaming covid and telstra company stood down so many staff.

Many Telstra staff seem to have taken the Covid19 schmozzle as an excuse to put their feet up and ignore customers. We have been waiting two months for a Stay Connected insurance job. Some of the store staff were aggressively rude. Eventually the complaints dept got back to me and were great but still no phone.

  • Been waiting since January for my sign up bonus points to actually show up on my account. Contacted support and was told it was a known issue and it would be fixed "soon". Telstra have been absolutely useless with everything.

    • same here, signed up two plans Jan and Feb, no points yet, no webchat yet.

I ordered a mini, waited a month before contacting them, was told the warehouse had rejected my order, no reason given and no attempt to contact me to let me know. Spent a while on the phone to get my points refunded and was told to try again. It's now been 3 weeks and they are just blaming COVID for the delay.

oredered one on 16th March, hasn't even been dispatched yet, can't contact them because of the stupid bot that blocks everything on chat. might just wait a bit longer until their covid excuse can't be used anymore.

I ordered a pair, and received them in about 3 days. A week later…another pair came!

    • You've gotta love Telstra, don't you. They're forever doing this with modems too. Imagine how bad their stock shrinkage figures would look!

  • I know its not worthy of its own deal, and I fear the wrath of the Ozb community if I attempted to make my first post about this… But Apple Airpods Pro have FINALLY come back into stock through Telstra Rewards, Ive been monitoring them for weeks. I just managed to get them for $216 using 50,000 points. Points I got for just signing up to Telstra rewards a few months ago. I think this is a steal of a deal

  • Has anyone received their order when they hadn’t received a confirmation or had their order even show in their account?

I placed my order about a week ago and never got anything to confirm my order other than the confirmation screen at the time. When I go into my orders there is nothing showing. I didn't take a screen shot either :/

My 15k points have been deducted though.

Wondering if I should wait and see or start chasing them up.

    • Follow up. Ordered 21/5 received email confirmation same day.
      26/5 - tracking number,
      27/5 - delivered Syd metro.

      • Thanks.

My order ended up being delivered yesterday. I had no order confirmation, email, or tracking provided. It just showed up out of the blue. Funny thing is they took my ID at time of order but then the delivery was just left on my door step!

Not complaining as all good now, but they must have pretty crappy ordering system.

  • I ordered the single mini on 16/3 (thought was 2 due to the picture) but never arrived contacted them last week and the order was apparently cancelled but my points never refunded…
