      Says no. Cashback is ineligible on amounts paid with Groupon credit.

      Edit: Ok, so if it's 100% paid by credit, no cashback, if it's 50% you'll get cashback on the 50% portion. Cool

    Regarding the

    Lenovo up to 20%(cashrewards.com.au) (2-4pm today, no cap)

    Just at brief glance, it seems to suggest the cashback is doubling the usual "up to".
    Would it be correct to assume it'll mean doubling of all existing cashback rate for the different product classes?

    E.g. E series is currently 3%, so will it be offering 6% during the promo period?

        Wow! 20% on the X1 Carbon is good, particularly with no limit. It's a shame the Gen 8 isn't available in Australia yet. It's just been made available on the US site. What other Lenovo laptops are just new out and available in Australia?

        If only Lenovo still had those generic discount codes. I bought my Yoga 920 a couple of years back with 10% cashback, $300 back on AMEX and a 20% discount code. Gone are those days.

        Edit - Just got a coupon offer in my cart as I went away from it. THINK-X is for an extra 5% off.

          I got a Yoga X1 from Gray's Online eBay for about $1700 with 20% off. It was like brand new and has worked well. I7, 16gb, WXGA screen.

        Hi tightarse, are codes CLEARANCE and INTRO available for cashback at Lenovo? The blurb said coupons MAY make a purchase ineligible for cashback if not listed on the cashrewards site? "MAY" is a little bit risky.

        Looking at configuring something with either the INTRO or CLEARANCE code, but can only afford it if I get the cashback, too.

            New laptop for NW! New laptop for NW! YAY YAY YAY!

            I've been using a 2011 vintage Dell E6420 upgraded far beyond what Dell ever expected/authorised anyone doing to one of these (main HDD replaced with SSD, DVD replaced with 3rd party carrier holding another SSD, 256gb in the unsupported mSATA slot too, plus 16gb of memory when only 8gb are officially supported) since I bought it second hand in late 2012 for $300, thus justifying making stone soup out of it spending at least $1000 upgrading it over the years. I wish Dell made a new model of these upgradeable tanks, but then again, that's probably WHY Dell no longer makes them. Folks like me would just keep upgrading them forever.

            I'm a bit tired of Dell's newer machines (they kept breaking on me at work) so figure Lenovo's got a decent rep and I'll give them a go.

      If it's not so great then you may be better off waiting for one of JB Hi-Fi's/The Good Guys regular '10% off all Apple' sales and use discounted gift cards. For example, AGL and Suncorp benefits will allow you to buy gift cards at 5% off, so that would give you a cumulative discount of 14.5% in total.
