I used to really like the clothes at Saba, but since the lockdown they don't respond to customer enquiries at all. Their phone line and chatbot are turned off and they don't reply to e-mails. Have been waiting over 6 weeks for a refund of a return which was tracked to their door.
Seems like they are about to go bust. Use Paypal for extra protection if you really must buy anything.
ordered jeans few weeks ago, was cancelled the next day due to no stock & refunded immediately, ordered from this sale & it arrived today, looks like your're having some bad luck/poor service, some of their stores are reopening go past your local or just do a credit card charge back
