Pretty good deal for a full HD e-IPS

I bought one of these a couple weeks ago for $228 using a 15% off code. Not sure if you can stack the codes on top of this deal.

Unfortunately my monitor had extreme tinting issues (common for an e-IPS?) so i'm waiting on a replacement which will come on Monday. Never-the-less this is still a good deal :P

EDIT: Tried using the coupon $?9ZZ6RKK2XZDF for an extra 15% off but it did not work.

    Does this model have a speaker attached? And my laptop doesn't support Display Port but HDMI, can I get around it (assuming I don't want to use VGA)?

    Another dumb question: is there any way to connect to this monitor if say, just assume, that my current laptop has only one working video output port and is already connected to an external monitor but want to connect one additional one? Because my shitty Acer laptop's videop output ports are so close together that I can only connect one plug at a time…>_<

      No this monitor does not have speakers, but you can buy speakers as an extra from Dell, they call them Soundbars. You can get HDMI to Display Port cables and adapters. They're 100% compatible with each other with no loss of quality.

      This supports DVI, VGA and DP…all you need is a cheap DVI to HDMI lead off eBay and she'll be right!

      If the cables don't fit in both at the same time then there is probably a good chance that means the laptop can only power one of them at a time and not both…
