The Powerbeats Pro totally wireless earphones offer high performance with powerful sound and noise isolation, and were made with elite athletes in mind. The adjustable earhooks provide stability during activity and the water resistant design repels sweat. They feature up to nine hours of listening time and come with a charging case that can provide 24 hours of charge. When battery's low, Fast Fuel enables you to charge for five minutes and get one and a half hours of playback. To increase convenience, there are volume and track controls on each earbud, voice capability with some devices, and auto play/pause to detect when the earbuds are in use. The Apple H1 headphone chip ensures fast connection and extended range with Class 1 Bluetooth, and the earphones are Hey Siri hands-free voice control capable. They also enable enhanced phone call performance using either earbud.

    Huge ugly charging case
    No wireless charging
Can only connect to one device at a time

But those things were not my priorities. Need a really secure fit and good sound. Jaybird, sony and Samsung buds never fits my ear properly. I like having the physical buttons. Thought someone might like it.

I hope more brands make them in this style. I carry the case in a bag anyway and to me the comfort / not falling out is worth it

Beats - Sounds better than an apple.

Anyone have issues charging these consistently? I have one charging and the other not regularly.

Don’t get why someone negged you, I love these headphones but they do have a well known issue of one earbud not charging. It is mainly the case design and how easy it is to not have one earbud seated perfectly. Even if you hear the click into place it sometimes still doesn’t charge.

Got rid of these when the airpods pro came out…

These things are total lemons. Lots of connection and disconnection problems reported with these.

My partner returned these to jb hifi after having heaps of disconnection problems, which apparently came back with no issues so she figured it was user error. When she found she had the same issues she bought different earphones.

I've started using these since earlier in the week and also have continual problems connecting to Windows and Android devices. The left ear seems especially problematic with many other reports online saying the same.

Connection issues aside, they're alright just overpriced

Can confirm left side problem, but always thought it was just my pair.
It's really bad cause there's no easy way of reconnecting without the case either.
So the scenario is, pre COVID, you're about to put everything in the locker a the gym including the chunky case, you take the headphones out and are about to put then in your ears after you close the locker.
Once you start playing music you realise there's no way to re-pair the left side without the case if it didnt connect.

The sound quality in these if they sit in your ear correctly is better than AirPod Pro (personally), but with working out and sweating me pesonally I can't get these to sit properly. So overall AirPod Pros ends up being better all round.
If there was an easy way to return these after the time I had them, I would've.

  • Love them. Can go running with them & play music from Apple Watch
    Great combo

    • Can't you pair any bluetooth with the watch?

      • I guess I also value their 9 hour battery life - I like listening to rain noise while sleeping

        • There are others with 9 hours battery life also, that cost less ;-) They aren't Apple though

          • @onlinepred: It was roughly a year ago that I bought them & at the time there wasn’t really any alternative

I have these and they're great! The cons that I can think of at the top of my head are no active noise cancelling and it hurts on prolonged wear.

They're sweat resistant, have a secure fit, and packs a punch compared to alternatives. I like them. Great for workouts.
