          I remember the original and the 1940s expansion packs. THose were awesome running under 3dfx.

            I can remember grabbing a copy of the demo off a CD attached to those computer magazines. It included the first level and a six minute timer. I can't remember what I did but ended up clearing the timer off so I could play the whole first level. Was fun back in the day!

            You know the Krishna's? I once managed to rig up a bus with a bomb, set it off right next to them and literally wiped them all out at exactly the same time. Score went from yellow to red, thinking it was a million or two instantly. 'Congratulations, go onto the next level' or something.

            My all time greatest frag was I was in a firetruck, my mate shot a machine gun at it blowing it up while I was inside. I managed to get out at just the right time for it not to affect me. Slid UNDER the fire truck, got out my rocket launcher (meanwhile he was well and truly off my screen), shot it and managed to get him square in the back as he was running away! If I could play like that all day I would of been a GTA world champion. Literally could not repeat it, came down to incredible luck though! Those were the days… (this was on parallel? port multiplayer)

        Probably explains why the various cash giveaways in GTA Online for now until it goes free. Only problem is the server capacity with GTA Online is pretty stupid with long waits to get in.

              I got an old Lenovo PC from work, juiced it up with an SSD, more RAM and a GTX 1050. It runs most game just fine and only cost me $300 in total. Me and my brother can do LAN party! :D

          That's a fair point.
          In this case, they were happy to accept the email address that I used to make my Epic Account in the first place, so they aren't getting any information about me that they don't already have.

        It's less about the trust. It's more I prefer people not to know I play so many games so I just setup an account with an alias.

      Won't be a Mac OS native version. It could work on a Mac since you can run bootcamp and Windows 10 on a Mac. I wouldn't bother if your Mac only has embedded Intel graphics.

            I couldnt even play GTA 3 on a 2019 Macbook pro with bootcamp, it rendered all wrong and just didnt work.

          Honestly, no, unless you think 720p with lowest details + potentially some additional hacking to reduce graphics details further just to run it smoothly is worth the trouble.

          You have your Mac running Windows 10 through bootcamp yet? Most of the info on the Web on bootcamp isn't the fastest way to do it. Problem is, the fastest way to do it actually requires a PC running Windows 10 (directly expand Windows 10 files from the ISO image to a SSD dedicated for running Windows 10 - rather than split the partition).

          Get a PC if you really want to game properly.

      Played Vice City, San Andreas, GTA IV (but not much right), and GTA V.
      Still not violent…
