    Thank-you, this is awesome, this will allow me to dip my toes into the world of PC Gaming.
    From a quick google, appears I can transfer my PS4 Progress from GTA V Online, via RockStar Social but only once. (ie: One-Way and it's a migration, erases the PS4 Online progress.
    Doesn't seem to have an ability to transfer\migrate progress from the Story Mode, but will be interesting doing those missions again.

      Not really. Red dead 2 is only free while you subscribe and pay for Xbox Game Pass. Once you get GTA V for free on PC you have it permanently.
      And GTA V was on Xbox for about 5 months so don't expect Red Dead to stay available for ages.

      Evidently this was not supposed to be revealed.
      This could potentially result of this being postponed or the game being replaced, especially if the developer/publisher is unhappy with this (see For the King where that happened too).

      The game still holds up quite well today actually, when they remastered it a few years ago they added 4K and enhanced graphics for PC.

    That's quite a freebie. I thought 'Kingdom come: Deliverance was a hell of a freebie but GTAV is … Epic.

    I bought GTAV on Xbox day 1 from Dick Smith (when they had physical stores) they were the cheapest at $50 (i think?)

    Played it for 3 months then sold it for the same price on eBay. Actually I did the same with Red Dead redemption, Rockstar Games really hold their value.

    Amazing the legs this game has. It released September 2013 and has been in the top 20 sellers for the next 73 months straight.

    A total of 150 million copies and people still go crazy when its available for free.

      Interesting, made me go and check the best sellers list. Makes sense alot of the top 10 were bundled with consoles, looks like this and PUBG are the standouts but propped up by being cross-platform.

    I'll only install it if it's possible to transfer my Xbox One saved game/status to the PC. Otherwise, way too much work..
