        No minimum spend

Thanks! Just received an email for $20 off $100 spend in-store, would this be different to this voucher?

    • +1

This says instore and online and that the $20 will be loaded on 19th?

      • Yeah that's what I'm thinking, will wait until 19/5 to confirm, all good!

  • +2

    Yes purchase over 100$
    Just got email

    • +4

That's the standard offer everyone gets when making a BCF account. This ad from facebook seems to be for an extra $20 credit to your account coming on the 19th.

      • My two previous $10 "thank you" vouchers had no minimum spend. From memory the voucher was single use only so you either bought something worth $10+ or forfeited the remainder. Expect this will be the same.

        • You were wrong @possumbly!

          • @[Deactivated]: Yes you were but not with the comment above

            • +1

@Pricebeat: Appears so. My apologies, in part.

  • Yep it has minimum $100, no other voucher

    • No minimum spend

I am sure the wife has always wanted her own Club BCF account!

    • +1

      what about your dog?

      • No dog…… I do have kids though!

    • Buy her some Capri Crocs with the voucher and win some brownie points (maybe).

  • Thanks OP. $20 is still $20…

  • Thank you 👍

Looks like John Smith on 0487654321 will be signing up for another BCF account.

  • Is it still Club BCF if you just visit their website and signup? It seems the Facebook sign up just links to their website…

  • I'm stockpiling my $20 and $10 orders…..

  • On that note, do you need a proper email address to activate the account opening?
    Will phone number do?

    • +1

Seems like email verification is the main method, not phone.

      • Thank you for registering. We have sent you an activation email to the email address you have specified. Please check your email (including "Junk"), to activate your account so you can log in.

Opened a new email to sign up

It says "voucher will be loaded to your account on 19.05.20" which makes me think it's loyalty credit.

  • +1

Yep, the Mrs said she always wanted to be a BCFing expert. I just started her on that journey!

  • Is it easy to use an alias to signup for another account? They don't verify your mobile or anything?

    • Yeah I've done it before and used the vouchers successfully instore. I've signed up with fake numbers and generally found they ask your number at the front desk to find your account in their database, but that's it. I'm also a terrible liar, but they've given it to me every time so I wouldn't worry too much.

  • Thank you!

  • Gave it a try, thanks!

Email just had $20 off $100 spend for me.

The Facebook ad refers to a $20 voucher with conditions, rather than store credit some might be expecting.

Which seems the same sign up voucher that has been available for a long time
Likely it's just a new ad for old offer.

In Facebook & here comments say it's a $100 min spend. BCF site has no details in their t&c. We don't know the conditions on the voucher.

Seems we will only know what this Deal is when the voucher arrives for those who join.
It does mean lots of new members for BCF.

    • -3

The FB comments from people who have signed up suggests you are correct. Pretty mediocre deal unless you are purchasing clearance items.

"Samantha Wandoch George Hooper it's $20 off when you spend over $100 in-store. Didn't find that out until account was activated"

      • Post clearly says the $20 will be added on 19th

        • -3

The relevance is? The woman above was relating the info she got when she joined under this offer because someone asked about T&Cs which don't exist on the website. She reported, as I said above, that the voucher (when it's added to an account) is for $20 off a $100+ spend. She wasn't the only person to make the same comment on FB. Can't see why they'd lie can you? When you have evidence to the contrary please let us know.

          • @[Deactivated]: I am not saying she id lying but the offer you are referring to is already mentioned in comments. The one mentioned in OP is supposed to be credited on 19th. Now unless she went to future to find it out is a different thing.

  • do you have to put down the dob to get these offers? i might sign up the kids.

  • I'd this a $20 loyalty credit/voucher…
    …or a spend $100, get $20 o discount code

    ???

    • -2

On the evidence of 3 who have signed up and got their vouchers (100% of those who have responded to this query on FB and OzB): the latter

      • So I'm no longer expecting a free $20 voucher then…

        • -2

Unfortunately not an unrestricted voucher it seems, despite the kiddies negging my recent comments. BCF is having a clearance now though so not a bad time to buy. If you prefer online I'd try a dummy purchase and see if they accept the code. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Free shipping* to most areas for purchases over $99.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER FOR ONLINE ORDERS OVER $99*
Delivery dates vary by postcode, check your postcode below.

To qualify, your order must be greater than $99 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges or installation charges.
This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at anytime.
Offer excludes bulky items and Gift Cards.
This offer only applies to orders placed online for delivery and excludes Click & Collect only items.
Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping*.

Edit: make the 4/4, another post on FB confirms the spend T&Cs.
However the BCF FB post says "Redeem voucher in-store & online." so if you have problems using the code online you can argue the point and should win the argument.
Some sadsacks still negging despite the evidence I see.

Some sadsacks still negging despite the evidence I see.

Because you were beating the same bush even when told it will be loaded on 19th.

  • i only got"" new membership, we're giving you $20 off your next purchase over $100."" via email. logged in and no $20 loaded today, thought today was the 19th. ill check again tommorrow. did anyone get it loaded to their account yet? i guess Possumbly might be correct ive given him a + anyway to cheer him up lol.

I've for my $20 BCF credit in my account. It was added yesterday

    Thanks OP

    • Just checked. Same. $20 credit there.

    • Me too. Also might be worth noting its only valid for two weeks i.e. expires 02/06/20.

Thanks onhunt, $20 credit came in all good, thanks for sharing!

I'm new to this BCF club thing, I signed up since I'm actually looking for some camping gear. I got the $20 off $100 email voucher for signing up, and the $20 club "voucher" in account. Just wondering if I can stack both to get $40 off something above $100 in store? I'm not sure if the $20 is treated as "credit" you can use when you pay or another voucher, in which case they may not accept 2 vouchers in the same transaction.

    • Curious about that too. If you try in-store, please let us know how you went.

  • got it

  • $20 credit came in all good, thank you.

  • got my $20
could someone shed some light whether BCF accounts require a unique email or mobile number or both?

    • I just tried updating an old BCF account with a phone number I've used for my main BCF account and the change was accepted. That said, every time I've gone in to buy something they've asked for my phone number to locate my account, so having two accounts ring alarm bells at that time. I've never bought via delivery or pickup, so I don't know what matters in that case.

Long story short, use a unique email and a fake mobile, then use the credit instore, not online, and you'll be fine.

      • +1

Family accounts have been on same phone number for years - hasn't been a problem in store - they can find account easily. Am usually buying with credit on both accounts at same time.

        • Interesting info, thanks. Do you use a family member's name for the second account, otherwise same number & address? Have they let you use credits from different accounts for the one purchase?

          • +1

@Dungeon Master: They won't allow credits from different accounts towards same purchase - there's no way their system would process it. (I've asked)

Easy to use first & middle names for 2 family accounts & maybe nicknames…, at same address & phone number.

    • Just unique email - so you can log into account.

  • I have my voucher but not sure how to use it. I added Crocs Women's Capri V Flip Navy US 6 to cart. Value $20. Then when I checkout the full price shows, $29.95 including postage. Is there any way around this or will I need to call them? Note using shopback cashback also activated in toolbar.

    • +1

Use click and collect. On payment page > under credit section click on apply credit.

      • Do I really need to use click and collect? I am a long way from a BCF store.

        • I had these delivered as no stores had stock near me. Original price $60, just paid $10 for postage after applying the credit. Happy with my purchase but suggest reading the reviews as some people had issues with the sizing.

    • beware ive had issues with shopback tool activated and applying loyalty credit to checkout and then paying difference with a bfc gift card only to get error message saying system is busy and then $20 loyalty credit disappears happened to me on two occasions . it was a hassle having to call up to sort it out and get the credits reapplied to account. safer going into store and quoting your mobile number I think.

  • Expiry date of the $20 credit?

    • +1

      It’s in description

  • Thanks for posting, I got a pair of these delivered for free. https://www.bcf.com.au/p/crocs-mens-modi-sport-thongs/M40569…

Went in store to use my voucher today on a gas bottle swap, paid $10 after the voucher and went out to get the bottle. But there weren't any replacement bottles available, so the attendant had to refund, and they decided to just refund the full amount lol.

So essentially got $20 for free, cheers!
