Supply and Installed for $45 seems pretty cheap? But how much do you charge to pull out existing carpet/tiles and smooth everything over?
Removing carpet you can do yourself. Tiles is another (very messy) matter.

How water resistant would this be? I'm looking for flooring for two new bedrooms. One is for a toddler so it's bound to have water (or otherwise!) spilled on it at some point.
Hi, the laminate floors just have the certain level of water resistant. If you consider about moisture issue. I recommend you to choose vinyl planks like SPC, WPC and looselay vinyl, coz they are pretty much everything resistant with highest anti-scratch rating and also easy to clean and maintain.
