  MacBook is mid-2019 model. Better off buying the new one which has better specs for a similar price, especially with an education store discount

  I think the amount of time that I browse and compare specs and prices (across websites and not just here) I could have worked extra to afford premium and overvalued prices (but then again bargain hunting is fun and a useful skill in today's culture).
