The blocks are individually vacuumed sealed, and can be stored, so you don't need to eat it all at once.
Received my order recently. Look like they took the comment on weight seriously by adding more blocks to get weight in correct upper range.
Thought I share this since I notice we tend to be loud when things goes wrong, rarely complement when retailer respond quickly to restore trust.
Agree, I received mine too today and was pleasantly surprised to see more pieces than expected, weighing up to a total of 4.2kg(albeit, using natty bathroom scales) vs the 3-4kg ordered.
Definitely was some significant variation between the sizes of each piece though.
If you want some uniformity in your sashimi slices, despite varying blocks, use diagonal cuts on the smaller pieces and perpendicular cuts on the bigger ones.

Some of us got a promise for a refund based on the average weight (if that, god knows how they calculate).
And I'm still waiting to see it in the bank.
I gave them the benefit of a doubt, but once I read that at least 3 people got less than the minimum, they lost me.

Let's all leave negative reviews on their Facebook page and Google reviews. The deal is still visible on their Facebook page. Extremely unprofessional when the updated price was not too dissimilar to their previous deal.
Some of their products were also noted as underweight. Avoid at all costs.
Calm down. If you think not honouring a price due to a staff error is “extremely unprofessional” you’ve led a very sheltered life.

How is it not unprofessional that they have sent items which are underweight? This has been a common complaint made in the two posts so far. This combined with them posting the wrong price twice, and then not keeping the community updated is unprofessional imo.
My order got delivered today and after reading previous comments, i decided to weigh the blocks.
Got 6 blocks and they were all >300 g for a total of 1.96kg.
So no issue for me.
I made an order last week, came the second day but i had to issues
1- the scallops were missing
2- the tuna advertised 300-400, all of them came less that 300, on average they were 225gr!
there is nu phone number to call, I tried to contact them via their website but no luck!
