Confirmation of delivery or goods received must be made on AliExpress within 60 days of placing your order to be eligible for Cashback.

This sounds SUPER sketchy given current shipping conditions…

past few items I ordered in Jan-Feb average ~80 days to arrive, requiring extensions. Just when you're about to hit them with the final DNA refund, it pops up.

agree. sometimes the seller extended the claim period themselves.
and yes sometimes i got my stuffs over 2 months, some earlier.
the more expensive stuffs (over $15/20+) usually faster (than $2-3 items).

but i have lots to buy on my shopping cart and desperate for a discount….. what can i do? cashreward please help….

        @xrailgun @ChiMot @others

If transactions are declined due to this condition, you can reach out to our Member Services team with documentation from the seller confirming a delay in shipping, and they’ll take care of it for you :)

My last item, which was cheap $3 with free shipping took about 80 days. Delivery window was automatically extended and then was outside the extension window. Got here eventually.

A lot of items I've looked at that had free shipping now have a fee too.

      • Shipping costs have gone up 30-40% ive heard, hence some vendors charging for shipping.
Bigger items (lepin) used to be sent via tnt/dhl. Now they are sending everything via epacket (which is still free but takes sooo much longer.)

    • and i was checking if the items i ordered around april 20 arrived. will just keep waiting.

I also just checked my account. Latest I received, 15-20 may. Order date, first of April.

60 days Is kind of tight.

  • Figures, right after I purchased something on there…

    • Same…..

      • i suppose he meant 2021 …..

      • If you're lucky.

      • I'm not paying for express shipping!

My cashback is always rejected for no reason by AliExpress. ShopBack and Cashrewards. Don’t bother anymore.

I think we should support our government and stop buying/using any Chinese branded product/services such ax Xiaomi Huawei and AliExpress etc. for as long as the tariffs and import limits on Australian products are in place.

    • Lol that ain't goin to do anything. Chinese products are sold in every single store in Australia. Even aldi is selling xiaomi now.

You have to do your part. Not going to make a political comment but when there was a clash between China and South Korea, All Chinese stopped buying South Korean products. Should be the same with us no matter our population is low etc. The media effect of it will be very important.

Delivery used to be 2 weeks, not it's 2 months or more; totally pointless

"Empty your cart prior to clicking from Cashrewards."
Stuff that, worth shopback this is not needed.

Also, can't use app meaning I pay more for the same item. I'll stick to shopback fanks.

Where have you read you can’t use the app?

I can confirm shopback works with cart full prior to shopback

        • Or wishlist. Shopback rejected my $50 claim with ALiexpress 20% cashback promo but in fairness to them when i disputed it was approved.

The website is barely working. A while ago, you couldn't search for anything without logging in. Now I'm getting $i18n.getCommon(…) code on some pages. 404 errors if you click on the wrong thing. Things that say you'll get a coupon for buying X amount but the coupon never appears in the checkout. You couldn't sort anything in the search results a few days ago. If they put as much effort with the tracking as they do with the rest of their site…
