I checked NIB rewards and it turns out they offer the same.

5% off eGift card, but with a surcharge on CC purchase, leading to an effective discount of 4.05%

I haven't bought an Amazon card from them yet, but other eGift cards have been delivered in minutes, even on a sunday.

Not sure about it. Last month, I bought $500 Dymocks gift cards and they sent me Adrenaline cards instead. Made more than 5 calls and 10 emails and they still can’t resolve it. NIB is good when things works out. It becomes extremely annoying in my case.
