Headphones - sound is reasonable, controls are abysmal. You can do a lot better than these.

the only headphone I regret buying. uncomfortable.

    Thanks for the feedback.

The depth of the ear cup is a bit shallow. So it pushes my ear too much.

I don't find them uncomfortable and enjoy the sound. I'd consider them quite a loose fitting. The controls take a bit of getting used to, and while not ideal, at this price I think the sound quality and functionality represents good value. They are clear, the bass isn't muddy and volume levels are consistent. Good battery life and no BT connection issues. After sales is usually top notch with Yamaha. They are certainly a step up from the likes of Taotronics, and perhaps not as comforting as the next step up in the Bose and Sony Range. But those headphones are in the $400 range so at $139 the Yamahas are a good set of cans to have around the house.

The headphones sound really good across all frequency, but I couldn’t find a super comfortable fit. Changed to msr7 pads so that it fits around my ears better but they are still not something I would call comfortable. It sounds better with a good seal which is hard to get, ymmv. Might have to tilt back and forth and use a bit of adjusting. At 139 I would say it is a steal for the sound if it fits you.
