I believe it will properly charge batteries of larger capacity as well though just take longer than 18 hours. It looks like that list shows progressively stronger chargers that will charge larger batteries all within a target time frame of within 10-20 hours.
Which part concerns you about the 4amp charger?
This charger, at this price point would be an excellent trickle charger. You could leave it connected and forget about it.

Thunder just rebadge generic hardware, you can probably grab the same unit for s similar price on Aliexpress.
