Rosman charge $15 shipping at checkout bringing the price to $394.
In this climate I wouldn't be giving a small company any $, with promise of delivery of hardware they don't have in-stock..
I was going to buy a 1660 super but for less than $100 more (average price of these cards is like $420) you can get the Sapphire Pulse RX5600XT from Amazon.
Got mine for $299 before the pandemic. It's a great little card but hard to justify above $300 in my opinion. Better to fork out a bit extra and go the next tier up with the 2060 or 5600XT. In terms of performance the 1660 Super is great for 1080p 144Hz, and can even be pushed to 1440p with 60fps. Overclocks well too, got about 5-10% extra performance out of mine with a quick clock/memory tweak.
