Woohoo 2c/bag!! Cheaper then supermarket ones.and you can carry so much more!

    Where's that toilet paper aisle?

  • +3

    76L? For bodies?

    • +35

Remember to triple bag it otherwise it’ll rip through very quickly when you’re dragging them to your van.

US COPS looking at this deal

        • +15

heard they are buying up all the stock…

because "when the looting starts, the shooting starts"

    • +3

i'd test it with 80L of water before trying to transport 76L of liquified body.

  • +1

Which bunnings? Or is it nation wide?

    • Limit of 4 boxes per customer, pretty sure this is nationwide.

      • +3

        so is it nation wide?

        • +2

Yeah, I've the same question. Is this nationwide?

          • +3

@CocaKoala: But, I don't understand. It is nation wide, yeah?

            • -5

@polarq: OP should say next time he posts a deal if its nationwide or not

This lack of detail is annoying

              • +4

                @barozgain: I said pretty sure it's nationwide

                • +1

@Maki: can we get confirmation either way if it is nationwide or not?

                  • +1

@Antikythera: It's funny how after all this an employee commented down in this thread:

                    Not nationwide at this stage.

  • Hectic !

  • +1

Great price if you can find it.
Doesn’t seem to be on the website and the photo is in a stack.in a random isle.

    • +12

      Isle? You mean Tasmania?

      • +41

Haha obviously my english report card was also missing an a

  • Which branch you found this in

    • I found mines in Bunnings Edwardstown. I know someone got theirs at Bunnings Wodonga. Good luck guys

      • No luck for me. Mine had no hefty bags. What's the code for item?

  • Not listed at my local…is there a code for it?

  • but, any good? I'd been using Tuf stuff for quite sometime, although bit costly. This 1 works out cheaper even if i'm doubling it. However if it easily ripped bottom or half way, it's gotta be a hectic (no pun intended).

  • +1

They are not nationwide at this price. My local has them for $15. Just checked. The $5 is a store specific markdowns and my local won't price match

  • Here's a closer look, unsure which one is the item number though

    • thanks. None of the numbers show up at my local so must be old stock they are clearing at limited stores.

      • No idea, but the Edwardstown Bunnings only opened like for a year

  • +7

Lol, stop the shopping plastic bags where people use to line their bins but sells the plastic bags for people to buy to line their bins. Someone tell me this reduction of plastic bag use is all just a money making ploy.

    • +2

      It is

    • +3

If that was the ploy, it didn't work. In the ACT sales of bin liners initially rose by less than the reduction in disposable bag consumption. However a review after 4 years found that bin liner sales had fallen back to pre-ban levels.

    • +5

It has always been just about scoring political points. Have you seen any other reduction of plastic use? Absolutely zero. On the other hand, would people stop lining bins with plastic bags? Absolutely not either. That pretty much sums up the outcome. No BS statistics can change that.

      • +2

90% of oceanic plastic waste comes from ten rivers. not surprising to anyone, the majority of those ten rivers are in Asia.

Eight of them are in Asia: the Yangtze; Indus; Yellow; Hai He; Ganges; Pearl; Amur; Mekong; and two in Africa – the Nile and the Niger.

          What'd you call me?

        • Asian rubbish is disgusting. I remember hiking the Great Wall from a small village and it was like a tip. Perhaps the education isn't there about plastics breaking down like fruit does?

        • +1

That "fact" was taken out of context and went viral. It was from a study referring to those rivers as being the top ten for "riverine" plastic. As to whether they pollute oceans is up to debate. Link

      • Rwanda banned plastic bags in 2008. Were they also political point scoring?

    • Bin liners are a much thinner plastic so even if you started buying bin liners because you didn't get plastic bags you are still using less plastic.

Hey Em is the I/N number 0138649?

      • +2

        Yes it is.

        • Cheers

          • @Dennis95: I can find it on the register

            • @EmCKay: I just want check stock around my area.

      • -1

lol down-voted for checking the stock number.
By all means ask a question or make a comment if there is any kind of issue.
        Otherwise:
Downvoter, you are a coward and frankly, a bit weird following me around down-voting normal comments SMH

Downvotes! Delicious! I will bathe in them

        • RIP

        • Man, I loved that site 😐

  • +1

I bought this last week for $15. price changed so quick

  • +1

    Bring out your dead…

    • Anyone tried? Is it actually good enough for dead people storage or is it paper thin?

  • It’s nation wide if u show this photo all stores I shop at price match clearance items deleted items or quit stage 1 or 2 items
Unless they have more then $1000 worth of that particular stock on hand

    • +2

You need to get lucky. I tried Caroline Springs VIC in person earlier and they would not reduce further than current marked price of $15. There were only 4 in stock.

      • I shop there and always get them to price match it depends on who u ask
I have stores ring me befor a markdown to give me first choice

    • +2

My two local bunnos never price match

  • +1

Still a few boxes left at Edwardstown 10:30am Monday. Thanks OP!

  • Brisbane?

  • +2

Stock at Capalaba. About 50 boxes. Sign says $15. Scans at $7.50 but lady price matched to $5.

They also have kitchen tidy bags (27L) in the same size box for $7.50. (wouldn't match down to $5 on these)

  • Darn, I need some wheelie bin sized ones, great for transporting balloons. I forgot they are about 250L. Got my hopes up. Ah well I will just play with my V8 engine toolbox and drawers from SCA.
