Just find this one to be on special @ Asiangrocery store loganholme (Qld)Shopping mall ..looks likes a good bang for the buck . Considering COLES and Woolworths are selling about 300gms for around $4.70

This is on the higher level price wise for a 1kg bottle - MCQ Supermarkets in Perth are selling this for $7.49 right now.
Agreed, even Spudshed has them for $7.99 when not on special.

Spudshed is a WA grocery market chain. They don't have an online shopping system like colesworth.

Some Coles stores had the 1kg for $10 a week or so ago.
Coles Rochdale has a "bulk section" were they sell the 1kg bottles for $9.99 (mind you like you said it was a few weeks ago, not sure about now). The section was very random, other than the mayonnaise, it had bulk sauerkraut, pickles and large boxes of American unicorn cereal
No bulk pickles at the store I visited, but they had a massive 2kg jar of crushed garlic. Biggest jar I’ve ever seen at a coles
Coles Kedron had exactly the same bulk section that you described. I bought a 1kg bottle for $9.99, was my first bottle and now I'm addicted…
Coles are about to sell the 300g for $3.75
Those were $3 @Woolies & Aldi in January ($10/kg). The small packs are much more convenient to use. Stocked up on 3 flavours then.Good to see deals for Brisbane region's HanaroMart👍
