    no inbuilt printer as well?

    • +4

      Or inbuilt fridge?

      • built in fax ?

  • I purchased the LG scanner mouse approx 2 weeks ago and love it. It might be a bit pricey for some, try getting it through work :)

    • apparently you can scan the words on the page and convert it to text or put it on a word document. is that correct?

      • yeah, you can convert it to text (word) or tables (excel) etc. It's pretty easy to use (even the non-tech people here at work has use it with ease). No, I don't work for LG or OW, lol…
The only downfall so far, is that the font size has to be 10pt or larger.

        • So, if you are in the middle of working with a document and you are looking at what you need to type in, you can just run the mouse over that bit of the paper and highlight or something what text you want?

      • apparently you can scan the words on the page and convert it to text

any scanner can do that, you just need OCR software… it's often included with your scanner…

How is $1.00 off that piece of crap (http://clubduh.com/blog/2011/09/10/lg-lsm-100-mouse-scanner-…) scanner mouse a bargain, exactly?! Move this to advertising or change the headline.

    • I concur…

    • Nice review haha

    • ergh 350 MB memory before scanning -> 1.2 GB to scan an A5 piece of paper :S

    • Now I'm in from of a desktop machine and can actually click-through to see the linked content.

HANG ON! The price for the "bargain" mouse is actually $129.00 (read: NOT ON ANY SORT OF SALE AT ALL).

Can a mod PLEASE change the URL for this "bargain" to the following to help the OP get the message?

      http://www.cataloguecentral.com.au/Syndication/OzBargain/Hub…

      Thanks

world's first scanner mouse just $128

wow… $1 off normal price (0.78% discount) is not a bargain, it is SPAM

    http://tinyurl.com/454y3z4

was selling for $129 last month…

    • The $128 must be a typo, it's still $129.

was selling for $129 last month…

Took me a sec to remember it's only Oct 3rd :p

It looks like this mouse is exclusive to officeworks, so can't really say it's a bargain.

    • What's more, when you click through to page seven of the catalogue, the advertised price is actually $129.00. So many levels of fail.

this is nothing but a way for cataloguecentral to spruik their website disguised behind showing some catalogue deals.

  • Don't see why this deal should link to the OP's own website. URL should be changed to http://catalogues.officeworks.com.au/

  • +1

No deal here, looks like advertising!

  • Now that I know more about referral links - this looks like one

post ad to site, link to your catalogue site rather than the retailer and count the incoming traffice = win

    at least for you

  • Dodgy advertisement and user too.
