It's not really a low fat ice cream, it's lower then the other Ben and jerry's but more a marketing thing.
150 calories per serve. Although.. apparently each service is ~68grams lol

Fat does not make you fat. That is a theory invented decades ago to be a scapegoat for sugar which is very unhealthy.
Yes but no. Eating diets high in fat content can make you gain weight if you eat excessive amounts without burning off the equivalent.
The same can be said about carb/i.e. sugar etc.
The body burns Proteins and Carbs before fat content to produce energy.
