      Do you need to give them the website or ad from the cheaper place before they can match it? How long it takes for the process to complete?

        Yes needed, local AU website with ABN (online/brick store). Simply fill the form and copy the url of the product you want. It was on Sunday and they responded within 2-3 hours (was surprised).
        They will add the product you want in the cart with matched price hence you need to create an account.

        Another good thing is they have free delivery (minimum purchase apply i think) but they didnt factor in the fact that the store i matched is in Qld and im in nsw

      As long as you've received the email and updated it, i think you would get it. Well, I'm waiting for the coupon as I've updated it last week. Am aiming to get the SRS-XB41, half price right now and with the coupon will make it 194-50=$144. If they match with the 'addictedtoaudio.com.au', may get 180-50=$130. haha
