        I tested OTR Pulteney St and OTR Glenside and it worked fine, however OTR Thorngate I see the same issue as you. Hopefully gets fixed up, otherwise you might need to head in store.

      My first time trying Oporto.

      Prefer Nandos by a long shot tbh

      Still a good deal - I would’ve been disappointed paying full price but at $10 it sweetens the disappointment.

        I always love their chickens! If you like it hot then obviously get Extremo, or otherwise Chilli.

    Don't waste your time like I did at the Carlingford Court store.

    I first asked to confirm this deal is happening, that it is only 1 chicken per customer.

    I was then told that it would take 20 minutes to cook.

    Then I was told that she could not take my order until 20 minutes later.

    Eventually she clarified that even if I did wait 20 minutes, there was no guarantee that they would still have chickens by then.

    This was around 12:30p.m. today. There was only one customer in front of me at the time. Maybe two behind me.

    I will leave you to work out the logic of her argument above!

    No line at all at Melbourne Central just before 1pm. Plenty of staff waiting to take orders. 3-4 minute wait.

    My local Oporto had a 40 minute wait on the whole chickens, but happily offered me 4 huge chicken breast pieces for the same price. Great service!

    Heathwood less than 5 mins wait when I went there around 12pm. They didn’t allow me to use the $5 welcome voucher at the same time. But still worth it for $10!

    Bait and switch, I went there at 4:30pm South strathfield, 2 other people in store besides me. 40 minute wait for chicken, one of the other people who was told 40 minutes, just come back later, said dont worry i will order some burgers and then left. So basically good way to bring people in store and then sell them other products because chicken is too long a wait.

    Tried at two stores, both advertised a 1 hour wait - I am keen to know how many people actually placed an order, went home and came back to pick it up.

    Seems more like a bait-and-switch by some stores.

      Just picked up my chicken for a tenner from Darlinghurst, Sydney CBVD. They said it would be a 50 min wait too, went grocery shopping nearby and by time back 20-30 mins later was ready.
