        I'll also say you can disable the tracking/always recording features of your phone (Android yes, iPhone would need to be jailbroken to my understanding). If you disable these features on Alexa or a Google Home, it's just a power consuming paperweight.

    Something that surprised me is that the Nest plug in is no longer USB like the Mini.

      Same here. Getting power via USB was something I loved in the first-gen. Pity the Best Mini doesn't support that.

    I have bought 3 Mirabella Genio products, out of 3 one died within a week, another (a smart switch) was dead on arrival and one (another smart switch) is still running, thats a pretty poor strike rate if you ask me.

    That was my experience anyway.
