These are grey market units sent from abroad (likely Hong Kong). Don't recommend you spend this much coin on a product and website from overseas.

If it does arrive all fine (and not used/repackaged etc), you will get warranty repairs here from Apple for a year but no exchanges if cannot be repaired, no Applecare+ addon nor any other ACL support.

It's just not worth it. Local iPhones do have eSIM which is supported by providers locally.

    Also… for Apple iPhone 11 Pro 256GB

    Tobydeals: $1898
    Apple AU direct: $1999

That's $100 difference for that risk. You're much MUCH better off getting it for same $1,900 (with 5% off vouchers) from JB Hifi/HN etc..

Even better, at this point, wait a few months till likely iPhone 11S/12 launch in Sept/Oct.

Spot on, not worth the risk plus the negative experience many OzBers have reported having with this company.
Additionally the RRPs on that website are fake. Misleading, dodgy practices such as this need to be discouraged.

    • where did you see iPhone pro max 256 gb @ $1,999.00

Please provide link I want to buy this phone.

      Thank you

      • Didn't say Max nor anywhere in post.

Please note that customs will ask you to pay import duty/GST as the item is over $1000 before they release it. Therefore at least 10% plus handling/processing fee (speaking from experience).

I'm out of the loop, but a new iPhone is $1898,,, on special??!

There's iPhone SE, the cheap one that is also faster than any Android on the planet. Then there's the iPhone 11 that cost more but you get a whole lot more phone for your money. Then there's the iPhone 11 Pro, which is like the iPhone 11 on steroids that can take photos probably worth printing and a screen better quality than your living room TV screen and it's probably faster than your laptop. iPhone SE is the best for most people, and iPhone 11 Pro is for people who want the best.

    • It's a low price for this model - about $200 off the RRP. But yes, the standard price is insane.

  • The phone is already dual sim with e-sim. Do these grey market imports not support e-sim?

    • Chinese HK variants of the iPhone support 2 physical sim cards no esim.

      • But have no B28 from what I've read on the CH/HK variant.

      • You’re right!
