    I just got off the phone with Microsoft trying to follow up my order as I've received no shipping details etc. They couldn't seem to provide info of value.

    Just curious if anyone else had theirs shipped or delivered yet?

      Tried using the support chat last night after it was bothering me for some time, and after some back and forth on there, I was directed to call a phone number service - 1800 267 785. I just spoke with a MS Rep for some time about the delay, highlighting that the MS retail partners had already shipped their units, and the Rep then committed to sending me an email with shipping details at some time today, and she insisted I take a reference number for that commitment.

      Hopefully this results in some action as the charge has disappeared from my Amex as well, and as someone stated above, my hype is dissipating. If they can't commit to getting the units out in a reasonable timeframe, I'll probably cancel and just live with my One S until the Series X pricing smoothes in early 2021.

        Yeah, my rep also said that they'd commit to following up my order until it ships, and gave me a reference number, but I'm still thinking they're just putting out cookie cutter statements.

    No idea why it's taking MS so long to process these. If EB Games and JB were able to ship them out on release, why can't MS do the same?

      Yeah JB/EB were pre-orders that were due on the 12 June. This MS deal was out on the 12th of June and I took it to mean it wasn't a pre-order (with the exception of the Cyberpunk game itself) so I thought MS would be able to ship soon. If this was Amazon, we would have already received the console.

      Don't cancel mate. Check your order, it should be changed from pending to dispatched. If not now, then soon. They also provided a tracking number from DHL. I signed up for sms and email notifications.

      Same here. It's usually weird stuff with the credit card as I've seen similar things happen with other CC's. Suspect the initial charge was just a pre-authorisation charge to ensure there was enough money available

      DHL website still has estimate delivery today ("by end of day"), but last action was Melbourne departure yesterday morning. Might still come as Amazon Next Day manages to get to Perth quickly, but this generally has not been a great performance from Microsoft. Still no visible charges on Amex app.

      Usually means it's not due for delivery yet.
      So if it was a 2 day service and it's only been overnight you will likely still get it on the 2nd day

    Just contacted AmEx and they said to wait 5 days from your charge date to receive the offer credit.
    If by this time it hasn't occurred, raise a case with them to investigate.
    They said the purchase was eligible so another waiting game for this one…

      Forgive my ignorance but how does Game Pass and game download expiry work? I've redeemed Game Pass just to get Witcher 3 for free even though I already have it on the PS4 and Switch. Say I download Witcher 3 for free and my Game Pass Ultimate trial expires, do I still have access to Witcher 3 or only whilst I have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription?

        The way GOG validates that you have the game is apparently checking that you have the game listed under your achievements. That being the case your achievements don't go away when gamepass expires, hence you get to keep the game.

    Damn so unlucky, got mine on Friday but tested it on Saturday and front USB port is DOA and won't detect ANY usb device. Had to use the back USB port.

        Yep, I did a full factory reset and a hard power reset and the front USB port works a bit better now. It will charge my controllers, read my USB pen drive, and my Seagate Portable 2TB but it won't read any of my USB drives within an enclosure or my Samsung T3 SSD.

        I tested both back ports and they work for everything. Anyway I've decided not to send it back to MS because I can't be sure they'd have any Cyberpunk editions left to replace it with. I heard on Whirlpool that someone said they might just replace with the standard black version which I definitely do not want; I bought the limited edition for a reason.

    I still haven't received mine, the tracking has been stuck since the 17th, was due yesterday.

    I called DHL and was on hold for over 25mins, they said I would need to contact Synnex who would be able to reschedule the delivery through DHL.

    I've raised a case with MS support to investigate, hopefully hear back soon…

    Did anyone else appear to get two copies of the game with their console?

    I didn't claim my game at first but decide to now and noticed there is a game pass trial and two items that are called cyberpunk 2077 limited edition bundle. The description for both is exactly the same

    I'm wondering whether a friend/family could also claim it

    Has anyone tried?

      It would be tied to your XBOX ID, but I think one code was supposed to be for the game, and one for the first DLC pack that gets released later. I'm guessing they just haven't renamed it yet 'coz they dunno what it's gonna be called. It's like a placeholder.

      At least that's why I'm gonna try holding onto it.
