  The whole set up on this sale is nuts. Yesterday I wanted to order the Tanqueray and it kept telling me that it was in stock at Bulleen but then it wouldn’t let me order it for click and collect or delivery. I gave up and switched to some Cointreau and the same thing happened when I tried to click and collect at Bulleen, so I tried the delivery option and to my surprise it worked. So today I get an email that my 2 bottles of Cointreau have been shipped…from the BULLEEN store! Very frustrating.

    Im trying to do the same thing, just in the Canberra stores. So annoying as i need stuff for Thursday so it won't get to me in time. I don't think there is any other option?

  The service is horrible. Look at the reviews on eBay. 94.6% is very, very low for a big company. If anything goes wrong, you're out of luck. They don't respond to enquiries. Factor that in when you consider the price. If they send you a wrong item e.g. smaller size, forget something, or the delivery fails, don't expect them to do anything about it.

  Their response reviews appear to be automated randomly chosen comments.

  ebay is a joke these days - ebay plus sellers routinely don't ship to perth metro - that includes dan murphys - changes from day to day - its absolute shit
