            @snowl: So just because its not on Android 10 its out of date? Do you know that the phone works perfectly fine with older version of software? You don't need to have the latest version software to operate the phone.

    I would almost guarantee that this is because this is a china model and the Asus cloud servers are outside of china… so therefore… connect the dots.
