              @c64: I took a screenshot on Wed that shows Full Refund If Product Is Not Received in 60 Days, just before Aliexpress changed the guarantee to 90 days yesterday.

                  @Maybe: you also have a further 15 days to open a dispute once the buyer protection has finished. personally i'm comfortable just extending the buyer protection.

        well, you weigh up the coupon discount vs cash back discount. if it is even similar i would take the instant discount instead of a cash back which might or might not occur.

        Nope. It's a complete mess and AliExpress is siding with sellers. They now insist all orders are now subject to a 90 day refund policy, regardless of the offer was when the order was placed. I've lodged 2 chargebacks with my bank after my disputes were rejected.

          I have orders over 90 days old and they keep extending buyer protection by 10 days . I'm guessing they keep doing this until I just give up .

      Hard to say. I've had one item purchased mind April arrive in 3 weeks. But others from March were redirected via boat or waiting for a plane, and took just under 8 weeks. Either way, I got all my items.

    i always confused about ali coupons
    just now i had AUD4.xx off everytime my cart gets over AUD29.xx (forgot the exact cent) . no need to enter any coupon code it shows
    as aliexpress coupon discount

    so i made 2x $35 purchases worked both but no more.
    funny is i don't remember how and when i got that aliexpress coupons…

    i) Your total purchase price does not include shipping cost
    ii) The price is in USD not AUD
    iii) if cut and paste code ensure there is no space at the end

      They have the codes several times per year. CR and Shopback usually increase their cash back during these sales. You may choose to wait for the next sale, but ATM deliveries are taking months to arrive. Aliexpress are not honouring their refund after 60 days non-delivered items. It's now 90 days!
