  Had my partner on Catch Connect 12 month prepaid and had problems with receiving SMS from a variety of sources.

  Contacted Catch Connect support and they basically tried to blame the sender (including mygov two-factor authentication that never had a problem with on other telcos), the phone (same problem when swapped SIM into different brand phone), everything but actually investigating the problem.

  Still had several months on the prepaid, but needed reliable two-factor authentication, so ditched it for a one month Kogan prepaid to check if the SMS problem was with Catch.

  No problems on two other prepaid services since.

  Never going to use Catch again!

  If it works, might be value for you, but beware of Catch Connect's non-existent service support if you have any problems.

    Get caught with Catch, dam a shame.
    We had one for a year and it's faster than Lebara and Boost at a few locations where used most

    That's unfortunate. For what it's worth I've been on Catch Connect before multiple times and never had a problem with SMS, including for things like myGov & banking authentication.

  I had used Catch Connect a few years ago for 1 month and 3 month prepaids for data tether and relatives visiting from overseas, without any obvious problems.

  Experienced all the above with the 12 month prepaid SIM for a few months from the end of last year.

  Don't usually put much weight on Product Review site as no way to verify if overly positive reviews are real. If somebody has gone to the effort to post a detailed negative review though, is more likely to be authentic. Quick search of their site suggests my experience with Catch Connect Customer Service is far from isolated :-(.
