  Be careful with their billing system!
  I was charged twice (2x $18.63) and when I sent email to ask, they said they charged only once.

  I ended up cancelling the service, and they refunded me only $18.63, and refused to refund another $18.63.

  Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue Island, Norfolk Is,
  Norway, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Samoa (Western), Singapore,
  Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, Ukraine, United

  Most of them are quite standard however a few noticeable odd ones:
  Kiribati (Voip rates $2.5 and Optus $5 per minute)
  New Caledonia (Voip rates 50c per min and Optus $2 per minute)
  Niue Island (Voip rates ~$1.5 and Optus charges $6 per minute)
  Norfolk Is (Voip rates ~$2 and Optus charges $8 per minute)

  All of those are countries with really high termination costs so I wonder how they've managed it.

  @fozzie, Took this deal and Transferred my service to you guys. I overlooked the payment date(missed out to set up direct debit at activation- though I ad my CC on file) and paid it manually on the last day of overdue payment date.
  However, my service was disconnected both incoming and outgoing on the same day(Saturday). No phone support over the weekend or reconnection till today (Monday).Emailed the service desk on the same day no response. Rang the service desk and says unavailable today multiple times. are you able to assist?
