    i've bought one recently before from another deal but keep getting invalid serial number \ IMEI. Anyone else having the same issue in the Samsung redemption website?

      The serial number on the box is missing 1 digit, you will need to use the number on the actual product if this is the case.

      Yep, had the same problem yesterday trying to redeem the CB offer. I spoke to Samsung online chat who confirmed my serial was indeed valid and instructed me to email promotions support.. which I did. Haven't heard back from them yet.

      I had similar problem to you, turns out I have the wrong EVO model selected in the drop down tab. There are two EVO options, you have to see both and find the correct model for you SSD.

      Use the samsung magician software to retrieve the S/N. The box is missing one character at the end.

        I grabbed my serial from the hard drive itself (so all 15 characters are present) and it still doesn't work
