It should do, I already had the app installed a while ago and was sent this offer and activated it in the app no problems. I hadn't had anything targeted to me in a couple of months now but they seem to be plenty of offers in the last week or so.
it does…its trying to get people to use their brand new app….this is a dupe for a few weeks ago though so if you processed it then, it wont work today

The App shows other available offers!
The offer is shown in the targeted email you received. If you clicked through there it should activate the offer.
Contact Rewards if you want to confirm the offer is activated.
If you don't explain the problem, don't expect others to understand you!

Hope the points come through. Rewards are pretty good at correcting errors.
They added 4000 bonus pts when I scanned the wrong Rewards card in a recent targeted offer! They could have easily said no.

I activated the offer several days ago and decided to check what is going on and now I see a message that I missed the offer. Anybody has the same experience?
JFYI Contacted WW rewards team and they confirmed the issue and advised that points will be credited in 7 days.
I received the email and had the offer in the app which I activated, however now when I look back in the app now the offer has disappeared? Is it still showing in your apps?
Lucky I still have the email so hopefully they don't give me any grief.
Yesterday it was showing, today it has disappeared.
